Most knowledgeable and friendly staff, with amazing service, thorough and quick, topped up fluids and filled tires for free plus they offered to help with some other less vital issues but were kind when I said "maybe later". Loved my experience and will come back again for sure. Best location ever!

I have been going here for my oil changes and registration for years. I've been lucky not to suffer the transitions. Always willing to go out of their way to help and not charge me for every little thing. They are a trusted business, and that says alot in the automotive services realm. Fast, friendly and affordable service. I will stick with this location. Years ago it was Q lube and now back to jiffy lube.

Usually hate Jiffy Lubes, but this location was awesome. Great customer service, quick turn around for an oil change, staff was kind to ask if I wanted anything else done but no sales pressure when I said no. Coming again.

I really like the customer service at this place. Today I was fuming and on the verge of losing it, because I thought a tire patch only takes 15 mins (turns out if you do it right with letting the glue dry, it takes more like 30-60 mins) and I had to get back to work. They were all super nice and patient with me even though I regretfully entered sassy mode. I work in a high conflict job and it just sucks when people are coming at you like that all day, so I’m really impressed by their patience and not exacerbating my stress. However, everyone was super kind, especially Michael who let me vent about my poor planning skills of the day. One gentleman explained the process to me and said they would have hooked me up with a spare if they knew I was in a hurry. Now I know what to expect next time and feel reassured that they’re looking out for their customers!

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube location for many years now. Every time I have been here the manager Thomas has gone above and beyond the call of duty! If there is one Jiffy Lube that rises high in quality in the Salt Lake Valley, it is this location. It has Thomas to thank for that. I believe Thomas after all these years needs a RAISE and PROMOTION. Thank you Thomas for all your years of sensational help.

we were in and out in less than 20 minutes and were able to just pull right in. we went somewhere else first and they told us its be $145 just to look at our brake lights and itd be a 2-3+ hour wait so we decided to come here and it was the best decision we couldve made. the people who helped us were very friendly and they definetly gained a new customer today.

Had my car emmissioned and stickered. They appeared to be pretty busy so I thought I was in for a wait. But I was pleasantly surprised when I was paid and out the door in like 15-20 minutes.

I've had good experiences here. A good price for conventional oil and emissions. You can get better prices for synthetic and high mileage oil elsewhere if you look.

Holladay Jiffy Lube is terrific. Every person is responsive and responsible. I take both of my vehicles to them first and 99%of the time they are able to resolve my concerns. It's my first stop.

I waited too long for my registration and was in a pinch to get it done before the end of the month. Jiffy Lube got me right in, had me out the door in less than 20 minutes, and gave great service. They even applied my new sticker for me!
