Great service and fair price. Paid attention to small details with our vehicle. We have a hairy dog that makes a bit of a mess of the car and they vacuumed and wiped down the inside while doing the oil and light changes. Cleaned us up and performed the service. Very positive experience and will definitely come back.

After the dorks at Wallmart couldn’t even get drain plug out. I came across the parking lot to these guys who even stayed open late to take care of me!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. We have come here every time we needed anything from oil change to a chip in our windshield and have been met with smiles and exceptional service. If you are in spanish fork youd be nuts to go anywhere else!

We initially came in to get an oil change. Got recommended a filter and a top off of fluids. Got charged for them. But did not receive the work. Had to come back. Jason the manager did a great job helping us. Ivan was also helpful.

Fast and informative service

Every time I come over for an oil change or a top off they are always super kind to me. They were super friendly. There are something’s that do stop it from being at the top. They waiting room as not as clean as I hope it will be. Also tue pricing is a bit too much but I am able to manage.

From the moment I pulled up, Kris was very welcoming and friendly. I appreciated that he opened doors, let me know where I could wait, and where drink were available. The entire staff was friendly and helpful as they each interacted with each other and their customers.

Nate, the manager, was awesome. Super friendly and did my emissions testing and registration AND helped out with replacing my lowlight bulbs on my car. It was super fast and he was really friendly. I’m glad he was in today and that I got to work with him. Thanks Nate! You deserve a raise!

Went there because my coolant blew and my car was not able to be driven. There was a lot of complications trying to order the part my car required and the staff was extremely kind throughout the whole process. Kyle in specific was always able to answer my questions and was very forward about what was happening. He ended up not even charging me because of all the complications that happened!! I am so grateful to him and the staff and would recommend them to anyone!!!

These guys are amazing. They're super fast, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. They always have a smile on their face when you walk in and their positive attitude makes for an inviting atmosphere. Jiffy Lube Great customer services is something they should be proud of. The Manager I spoke with (Nate) came and spoke with me about some questions I had in regards to my Nissan Maxima and was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. If any one is in the Spanish Fork area and needs your oiled changed or just need some answers about your vehicle, I highly recommend check out these guys! I give them 10 stars ?? out of 5! I have always been told to never trust Jiffy Lube with a vehicle, but I wanted to give this location a shot. Paul is the Manager of this location and is said to have 25 years of experience working on vehicles. Let’s just say this, I will be using this Jiffy Lube location for services and other vehicle advice as long as Paul is present. Super grateful to him and his staff for being extremely professional and look forward to continuing to do business at the Spanish Fork location.

I had a good experience here with my visit. They were very quick and I was in and out very fast. I do find it helpful that they go over the different things of your car that may need to be looked at. Though my issue with Jiffy Lube in general is they are a bit over priced. I mean 45$ to replace the interior cabin air filter when you can get it for 10$ online. Then over 150$ to replace the spark plugs when you can buy them for 6$ a piece? I get needing to make a profit but man that really rakes unsuspecting people over the coals.

The ladies were very prompt and let me know that the tires do not need to be rotated upon checking. They were professional , clearly explained the various maintenance needed , showed my clean air filter, checked my oil, and helped me get my SUV ready for a long trip. Love this Jiffy Lube in Spanish Fork. Keep up the good work!

Not too pushy like regular jiffy lubes, some of the employees who I've had interactions with had considerate after thoughts outside of the standard run of upsales. They actually noticed what kind of filter I had instead of asking to replace it they asked to clean it.
