Renewals for two vehicles and an oil change. We were there just before the rush. In and out in a half hour. I don’t go anywhere else. Very professional and polite and respectful. Coupons helped save me money as well! Highly recommend!

Just had the best oil change experience I’ve had—the team was very fast, professional and respectful, and especially showed integrity. They gave me a solid list of recommended repairs as well as quotes, but didn’t pressure me to use them for the repairs. They also reevaluated if I needed a brake change after they took off the wheel and let me know I wouldn’t actually need it for another few months. It helped me feel they would tell me if they were mistaken on anything and not charge me unnecessarily. Nothing better than feeling respected and kept in control when you need to rely on them for help!

Austin the manager at Jiffy Lube was so kind to me about my car information and the problems that have and I just appreciate all the hard work he did for me and his whole team I would recommend these guys five stars because they do such an incredible job and they meet people with such a friendly atmosphere

Such an honest, polite, and professional mechanic shop. Reasonable prices and is the first place I go when I need my car looked at. They don’t do everything, but they don’t do dumb charges and give real advice without trying to sell you.

I had emissions done at the Springville location. The staff was very friendly. The service was reasonably priced and I was able to find a coupon online as well. The service was completed in about 10-15 minutes and I was on my way. I wasn't pressured into purchasing other services and both of the young men were very polite.

So I travel a lot all over the western United States in my Jeep. Go to multiple jiffy lubes including Alaska. I've got to tell you this group of young people. Here is one of the most professional on top of things that I've dealt with. I have an after aftermarket upgraded filter system. Came by. Showed him what I had. They ordered the filter and came in this morning. They 100% took care of me. Really good crew. Trinity and Isaiah are large and in charge. They're really really too good people.

The very best service I’ve ever had. Very clean bays. Clean environment, no oil or grease smell! Each mechanic was polite, and thorough.

The technicians were available to answer my questions and communicated with me throughout the process. Fast service clean waiting area and restroom.

The service was fast and the employees were courteous and knowledgeable.

Probably the best jiffy lube out there. I had overfilled my oil when I did an oil change. They fixed the problem by draining out an entire quart. Best part was, they didn’t even charge me for my mistake. Thanks guys!

Oh my goodness!!!!! I cannot say enough about these guys! Manager Auston, Isaiah, Jace, and Russell are incredible! This is the most honest and caring auto place I've come across in all of the Western U.S.!!!!! I don't live here in Springville, but I hope my review brings many, many future customers here! I had an inspection near home just before taking a road trip to Utah. We were told all was well with our van and that we'd be good to go! We heard some horrible sounds and decided to take it to the nearest place. Sure enough, these guys saw exactly what was wrong and took care of us! They were straight forward and didn't try to charge us for anything that we didn't need. We are forever grateful for what they did. Prayers and blessings for their kindness and Christlike attitudes.

Know that you don't have to do the up sales if you have someone at home (or yourself) to do them. They are very helpful.

So happy with our experience here! It was much quicker than we expected, and Isaiah was very knowledgeable and honest with us. I didn’t feel pressured into anything, and he made sure we understood the issues with the car and the best options to move forward.

Great attitudes and effort by the staff. But the service lounge ruined the experience for me. It was stale, hot and dirty. I couldn’t wait for the service to be finished-which, I guess is the point of “Jiffy” Lube. ??

I was surprised with how great the service was and how the technician helped me to make informed decisions towards the maintenance I had done. I absolutely recommend Jiffy Lube if you are wanting great service and decent prices.

This place has been our go-to oil changing location for several years. Recently, after an oil change and fluid top off, we began dealing with a coolant leak.  I was so impressed with the character and competence of each person I interacted with.  They were so respectful and knowledgeable.  It was a very frustrating situation I was dealing with and they were kindly feeling the frustration right along with me.  They consistently worked at resolving the leak and overheating issue that also happened. They stuck by my side as it took a few tries to find the issue and gratefully found the answer.  I am one happy customer!

First and foremost, awesome experience at this Jiffy Lube location. 100% great service!!! Auston Arias Is the manager of this location and his team was on point with everything from the oil change to the air filters to the tire pressure system great team I would recommend coming here to anybody?? This is the best jiffy lube I have ever been to! The customer service was amazing, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast and efficient. At other locations I feel pressured to upgrade but this staff was amazing. I will be going back to this location

This location has always been prompt, clean, professional, and trustworthy. I appreciate their attention to detail such as cleaning the car windows and vacuuming the carpets.

This location was great. Russell was super kind, helpful, knowledgeable and got my emissions done quickly and efficiently! I will continue to use this location, even though it's not the closest one to my house. It is the most efficient location.
