Jiffy Lube always does a great job!

Okay, I’m from out of town and noticed that my oil change sticker said that I was overdue for an oil change. Knowing that we always get our oil changes at Jiffy Lube, I pulled in to this location to get the work done. The technicians pulled up my vehicle information and came to the car and told me that I was still about 1800 miles short of needing an oil change and so they suggested i.e. wait and not waste my money having an early change. They topped all my fluids off and didn’t charge me a penny. They could’ve very easily taken advantage of me in this situation, but chose to do the right thing. Hat’s off to this Jiffy Lube’s! Plus they were all super friendly!

These guys were amazing with my Chevy 3500 HD oil change. Very friendly, very fast and kept everything clean on my truck. Very detailed in the way they cared for it. Would recommend to anyone! Gavin and Dani were the best! Great atmosphere and good prices! Thank you Jiffy Lube!

The best Jiffy Lube in the country (I've visited many, particularly my own local, which sucks). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There was a "nest" near the wires under the hood and they vacuumed it out. I went in for a specific service and was not pressured to do a higher priced deal with maintenance I did not yet require. I had a company coupon that was accepted. My tire pressures were checked at no charge, as it should be. I pass through St. George's whenever traveling along I-15, if it is time, I will return for oil changes. My van sounds like it had quality servicing. Update 2026: Consistent quality service!

Great service. I showed up right before and they were super cool about it. Anthony, Xander, and Wyatt in the bay were great— quick and thorough. Anthony was very professional and helpful then Dani in the office was great as well.

While I was attempting to refill my wiper fluid I accidentally poured some into the brake fluid reservoir. When I took my car to Jiffy Lube I expected to be at the very least subjected to some side eyes and ribbing from the techs. Instead Dani and her professional crew were respectful and understanding. Dani offered some instruction in the basics if I cared to know in the future. Her crew were quick and thorough. They drained the brake fluid, refilled it and changed the oil. I was prepared to pay $500 for my mistake. Instead the total charge was just over $200! As a side note I was delighted to see that several of the techs were female. The entire experience was unexpectedly delightful! Thank you Dani and many thanks to all the techs who worked on my vehicle!

These guys were so nice. They diagnosed what was going wrong with my car. They couldn't do the extensive check and work it needed but discovered all they could, helped me understand it, and set me in the right direction. No charge for the help.

The Jiffy Lube on River Road is the only one I ever want to go to because they are FANTASTIC! Anton has been able to help me with my car problems so many times and he's always a rockstar about it. I really appreciate how kind the staff are and they're always so helpful. I couldn't recommend this location and team enough

Chance was super helpful. I called just before close and they were able to fit me in for an oil change. Customer service is a dying art but it’s alive and well with Chance. Thanks for your service. I considered using Walmart but they were beyond crust and horrible customer service… too bad for them. I’m never going there.

I used to only use the dealership for my oil changes, but Jiffy Lube has better pricing and better service. Staff is always friendly and efficient. This River Road location is by far the best Jiffy Lube in town, and I've always had a great experience!

Just and Shelby were amazing! Service was there. There are sometimes complications but there wasn’t anything in my experience that could’ve ruined it. Customer service at a high level. Keep them cause they are great at what they do.

Awesome overall experience. Were very punctual and one of the few places in town that answer the phone consistently. Got my Safety inspection done and was on my way in Ten minutes. Thanks again !
