Another excellent experience at Jiffy Lube. Zero wait at one of their three bays. The Service Advisor informed me of an upcoming 30K service and they performed it at a very good value and convenience. Having driven on several unpaved/dusty roads, they replaced the filters.

Professional, timely, friendly and competent.

We were traveling through St. George, when the check engine lights came on. We were able to pull in to this jiffy Lube but it was near closing time. Anthony hooked us up and checked the codes and let us know what the problem was. He referred us to another location that was very close to a car parts store so that we could get in first thing in the morning to get it fixed. He was very helpful and professional.

Anton is a rockstar! I had a bad experience at another location in Salt Lake City. I reviewed this with him and he was quick to take care of me at no cost. Also, his team here is top level!

I ran over a construction nail on my way to work (luckily right next to this location) and they got me in and out and fixed it immediately even with a few other customers ahead of me. They we're so fast and such a great price. I was back on my way to work in no time. So grateful!

Always great service

We were in town from Utah County for a wedding and needed an oil change for my 2017 F-150 Raptor on short notice. They got me in immediately with no wait, and the entire service was finished in about 15–20 minutes. They changed the oil, topped off all the fluids, and replaced both the engine air filter and the cabin air filter. The staff was super friendly, professional, and efficient. Great service, a great attitude, and an overall awesome experience. I’d definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s hard to find honest, friendly service these days, and their team definitely delivered. I really appreciated how respectful and helpful everyone was. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle service.

Amazing, and efficient Dani even brought my fillets in to show me how bad they were, I’ve never had another oil place do that before.

I knew I was going to need an oil change by the time I got to this location. Friendly staff inside from beginning to end. Well-organized inside waiting room neat and orderly. Got in and out fairly quickly. Nice location

Friendly and efficient. They pointed out I needed to change my rear differential fluid and showed me why. Never pressured to upgrade, just offered. Good job guys.

The service was quick and the staff were friendly. I had an issue with a service they provided, but Austin and Shaun took care of me and helped resolve the issue. You don't get customer service like this from many big businesses anymore. I'd take my vehicle back to them anytime.

Jiffy Lube always does a great job!

Okay, I’m from out of town and noticed that my oil change sticker said that I was overdue for an oil change. Knowing that we always get our oil changes at Jiffy Lube, I pulled in to this location to get the work done. The technicians pulled up my vehicle information and came to the car and told me that I was still about 1800 miles short of needing an oil change and so they suggested i.e. wait and not waste my money having an early change. They topped all my fluids off and didn’t charge me a penny. They could’ve very easily taken advantage of me in this situation, but chose to do the right thing. Hat’s off to this Jiffy Lube’s! Plus they were all super friendly!

These guys were amazing with my Chevy 3500 HD oil change. Very friendly, very fast and kept everything clean on my truck. Very detailed in the way they cared for it. Would recommend to anyone! Gavin and Dani were the best! Great atmosphere and good prices! Thank you Jiffy Lube!

The best Jiffy Lube in the country (I've visited many, particularly my own local, which sucks). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There was a "nest" near the wires under the hood and they vacuumed it out. I went in for a specific service and was not pressured to do a higher priced deal with maintenance I did not yet require. I had a company coupon that was accepted. My tire pressures were checked at no charge, as it should be. I pass through St. George's whenever traveling along I-15, if it is time, I will return for oil changes. My van sounds like it had quality servicing. Update 2026: Consistent quality service!

Great service. I showed up right before and they were super cool about it. Anthony, Xander, and Wyatt in the bay were great— quick and thorough. Anthony was very professional and helpful then Dani in the office was great as well.

I used to only use the dealership for my oil changes, but Jiffy Lube has better pricing and better service. Staff is always friendly and efficient. This River Road location is by far the best Jiffy Lube in town, and I've always had a great experience!

Awesome overall experience. Were very punctual and one of the few places in town that answer the phone consistently. Got my Safety inspection done and was on my way in Ten minutes. Thanks again !
