Great service, and the employees were so polite and helpful! They explained the reasoning behind their recommendations, were efficient and so kind. I needed an oil change my tires filled, plus my windshield wipers replaced. After leaving, I realized that my wipers still weren’t spraying ( they hadn’t been due to issues caused by another facility) and so called them back to make sure there wasn’t a misunderstanding about the service. As soon as I returned, they examined under my hood to make sure it wasn’t a motor issue and realized that a line had been disconnected. ( once again, NOT their fault) An employee quickly fixed it for me right as I sat in my car! I’ll definitely be coming back. ??????????

Darnell was the absolute best. First time going to Alexandria location instead of Arlington. Less of a line. Had a very enjoyable conversation instead of silently waiting in the waiting room. Knew for a fact my car was being properly handled. Highly recommend. Will be back!

Did a great job and took the time to explain to me (who knows nothing about car mechanics) in detail and in a way that I was able to get an understanding of what my problems were and what the Jiffy Lube mechanic was doing to fix them. I would highly recommend this group of Jiffy Lube mechanics and workers.

I pulled into Jiffy Lube on Duke St. for an oil / filter change. All went well. Job was done quickly, with only one car ahead of me. Somewhat pricey compared with Walmart and certain other competitors, but I'm not complaining. Service was efficient, staff was polite and helpful. Duke St. in Alexandria is a major thoroughfare, making Jiffy Lube convenient to access.

The attendant who took my car in, was very professional and respectful . He had good customer service skills
