Great and professional service.

Friendly staff members good treat and quicker service

After a really frustrating experience at another auto shop, I went to Jiffy Lube, and the difference was incredible. Rami was absolutely phenomenal. He was professional, personable, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me. Even though I arrived at the very end of their day, Rami and the staff went above and beyond to take care of me rather than turning me away. Rami personally looked at my tires, took the time to explain their condition to me, and clearly explained what my vehicle actually needed. He answered my questions and made sure I understood everything without making me feel pressured or like I was simply being sold additional services. What stood out most was how Rami and the entire staff made me feel. I felt respected, listened to, and valued as a customer. After the experience I had just had at another shop, the difference in professionalism and customer service was night and day. Rami turned an extremely frustrating day around for me. This is what outstanding customer service looks like. I cannot say enough good things about him and the team at this Jiffy Lube. Thank you, Rami, for your honesty, kindness, professionalism, and for going above and beyond when you didn’t have to. You earned my trust and my future business. Highly recommended!

Quick but diligent service! Friendly staff!

This team is awesome - they remember and they listen, and that shows that they care. Fun fact, my glove box had been detached for so long (based on how I whip my car around) and after an oil change, I was pleasantly surprised to see it reassembled. I didn’t ask for them to refit it and I had forgotten myself, and it was just the cherry on top of an already solid experience.

I was very pleased with the extremely quick oil change and tire rotation. The technicians were extremely friendly and very thorough in their explanation of each charge. They definitely had a strong sense of customer service and I will absolutely be returning in the future.

Always great service when my car is due for oil change, changing out cabin filters or worn windshield wipers and even vacuuming inside my car. Service is always reliable and dependable.

The staff is really friendly and quick at this location. The inside needs some TLC, but it’s a car place not a nail salon.

This is the most professional and courtesy jiffy lube I’ve been too! Great customer service across the board from all employees. Ben and the team are awesome. Quick, efficient service and they even open your car door for you!

Jiffy Lube Shirlington goes above and beyond! I drove my car in 25 minutes before closing needing an emergency oil change. The team immediately got to work and offered me water and a place to sit. They realized I had a bad battery and that it wasn’t in stock at the shop, so they sent someone to pick it up at a nearby store and put it in my car. All told, they stayed 30 minutes after closing to help me. What a quick and friendly team!
