Quick service and super friendly crew!

Came in for an oil change and state inspection. They don't do a state inspection but was informed of a spring special for oil change, tire rotation and top off fluids. Marsallis showed a friendly attitude and explained things to a beginner. Service was quick about 15ish minutes. I will say I showed up exactly as it opened so I was first in line. Did not know jiffy lube was like this. Good things. Will heavily consider coming back ??

I had a really positive experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to an employee named Riley. Even though it was very late, Riley greeted me right away with a friendly attitude and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He opened my car door and the shop door for me, which was a small gesture but made a big difference. He didn’t pressure me with any services and recommended exactly what I needed. Riley was extremely kind and professional throughout the interaction. He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and safe about my purchase and answered my questions without making me feel rushed, even though it was late in the day. It’s clear he genuinely cares about customers and their experience. Great customer service like this is hard to find, especially late at night. Riley’s kindness and professionalism really stood out and made my visit to Jiffy Lube a great one.

First time today getting an oil change and was greeted immediately by Rami. He asked what I needed and walked me to the waiting room and gave me a water.
