Excellent service. Quite neat store

Jiffy lube in Arlington - I had the most unexpected and positive experience yesterday at the local Arlington jiffy line in downtown Claradon. Marcellus and the team were amazing. Their positive, upbeat attitude and efficiency took a mundane task and turned it into a pleasant experience. Amazing work. And unlike anything I have experienced before. Worth the trip to experience this team!

I went here right before closing on a Friday night and Devante and Marcellus were so kind. They didn’t mind that I was coming in right before closing and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience at all. They both deserve employee of the month, every month!

Everyone was very welcoming and professional. There are not Jiffy Lubes where I live so it has been sometime since I’ve been to a Jiffy Lube. Brought my daughter’s car in for an oil change and nice to see the extra touch.

It’s great they take drive up. My first time. Staff were amazing polite couldn’t ask for anything better. But they are expensive at my dealership could get for 59 bucks this was 108. I appreciate convenience but geez I’d rather tip the technicians and feel good.

Pretty good ?? nice service and short wait

I was happy with the time it took, Devonte was nice when we were greeted. One thing I was shocked that they did not try to upsell me on anything except tire rotation when I first came in the door. It is hard for me to believe that nothing else was wrong or needed some TLC - but I also appreciate the no pressure.
