Devante at Jiffy Lube in Arlington, VA was excellent. He was professional, explained my service options clearly without any upsell pressure, and got me in and out quickly. Car feels great. Highly recommend asking for him. Ben was a huge help. He assisted with my service, kept me updated while I waited, and answered all my questions clearly. Super friendly and made the whole process easy. Appreciate his attention to detail and great attitude.

Let me tell you Davontay Andre & Vondell made this process so quick and was so helpful they DEFINITELY went above and beyond and then my windows was kinda dirty outta nowhere Vondell took it upon hisself to just clean my windows I mean this was so magnificent I’m a bit of a handful honestly they were patient and very transparent on what needs to be done on my vehicle Davontay charged my battery just to be sure I had more than enough battery life this is my GO -To jiffy Lube From here on out !!!!

Marcellis is AMAZING!! my experience at this location with him was by far the best experience I’ve ever had getting my oil change. He was kind and quick!! And the cafe next door to hangout at is a huge plus!!

I have dealt with a lot of garages to take care of my Kia - always ending with paying 700$ for all the maintenance services and leaving the car from 9 AM to 5 PM but not at this Jiffy Lube location. The staff is on top of their game and expertise, they do not “beat around the bush” or try to sell more. They are transparent (in terms of what should be changed like today when they show me the state of the air filters) and efficient. On top of that I saved 500 dollars in comparison with the dealership. Thank you so much Mr William and the rest of the crew.
