I don’t generally go to this particular one. I was way past due on my oil change. The service they provided was great. They were warm, each greeted me and had smiles on their faces. Only one thing they didn’t do that I’ve gotten used to is vacuum the car and clean the windows. That didn’t away from the hospitality that they provided.

Amazing experience at Jiffy Lube! Everyone was so friendly, honest, and professional. I didn’t have to wait too long for my oil change, and I really appreciated that they treated me fairly and didn’t try to overcharge me just because I’m a woman. It’s refreshing to find a place you can actually trust! I highly recommend Jiffy Lube and will definitely be back! ??

Lee Chambers, the manager at the Centreville location, has always had my best interest in mind. Coincidentally, we drive the exact same make, model, and color car, a white Lexus GS 350 F Sport. Since the GS is a pretty unique and desirable Lexus that has unfortunately been discontinued, I genuinely trust and value Lee’s opinion when it comes to scheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance, and anything else he believes is necessary or worth considering. Over multiple visits, Lee and his team have handled several oil changes, front and rear differential flush and fills, a transmission fluid service, engine flush, tensioner pulley replacement, and serpentine/fan belt replacement on my GS. What I appreciate most is that I’ve never felt like Lee was trying to sell me something my car didn’t need. He’s knowledgeable, straightforward, and takes the time to explain what he recommends, why he recommends it, and what can wait. The fact that he owns and maintains the same GS 350 F Sport himself gives me even more confidence in his advice. It’s difficult to find someone in the automotive service industry whose opinion you genuinely trust, especially when it comes to a car you plan on keeping for a long time. Lee has absolutely earned that trust from me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or the Centreville location to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and dependable service. Five stars.

The gasket on my oil pan was leaking and needed to be replaced. The highest quote, from the dealership, was over $1,200. Jiffy Lube’s price was just South of $300. Even though this was labor intensive, it only took their expert technician 2.5 hours to accomplishment. As always, their customer service was outstanding!!! They continued to update me on each phase of the process until it was completed. I couldn’t be happier!

Lee the assistant manager was extremely helpful and kind on explaining to me who is a new driver what was wrong with my car. He filled the coolant up free of charge and was very polite and patient and gave me great tips on how to maintain and keep my car safe!

Unmatched customer service! ?????????? I typically go to Jiffy Lube because I like that they tell me what needs to be done, but it never feels forced And I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. That’s how I feel about any Jiffy Lube, but this location went above and beyond. From general manners like please and thank you to opening the door for me as well as another lady that was getting a service that day. They made me feel like they were at my service every step of the way. Answering my questions with patience and keeping me updated every step of the way. Not only that I was in and out so fast! (Without feeling rushed or like they just want to get me out the door) This is not my closest Jiffy Lube, but I will be going to this location for all my future services. Highly recommended

As always - a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. Oil change, new break fluid and rear differential done in about 30-40 minutes. Staff is super! So conscientious and professional. no complaints at all!

Hands down probably the best service center in the centreville nova area. When getting your vehicle service done, at the end of the day, it comes down to the staff. These guys, especially the two managers/senior tech, are great. I go here for all my regular service, oil brakes, fluids all around. They get it done, and know BMWs well. Instead of waiting around a whole day for a BMW tech to do my service, these guys get it done in 30 minutes with genuine car and appreciation for my vehicle, always going above and beyond. Wasn’t a huge fan of Jiffy Lube before, but I gave these guys a shot for an oil change one time, and now I don’t go anywhere else. I’ve gone back for brakes and more involved services as well, highly recommend!

Today I was having car troubles and there was a loud knocking under my Chevy suburban and it just so happened, I stumbled across this Jiffy Lube and when I tell you, I had A1 100% amazing service 10 out of 10 will always recommend thank you so much to Lee and Edward for fixing the piece on my vehicle because if it wasn’t for the two of you, I would have probably been in a ditch somewhere thank you guys so much heaven sent. Glad I was able to stop in and get my service done very quickly. I will be back and you will be seeing me again most definitely. I posted a few photos just so you guys can see what they repaired for me. It was literally this one screw that could’ve ended it all for me.

The customer service was amazing. A part had to be ordered so to make good use of my time, associate took me to the mall and waited for me. I use a cane so my bags were carried doors to doors. Staff went above average to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this location for brakes Thanks for everything.

I've been bringing my family's vehicles to this Jiffy Lube since 2009 and have always received professional, honest, and dependable service. They currently service everything from my 1979 Camaro and 1997 Ford F-150 to our newer vehicles and 36-foot Winnebago RV. Special thanks to Lee for his knowledge, customer service, and leadership. Highly recommended.

I take my car (that is very old) to this location for oil changes, fluid top offs & when I need air in my tires. They are always pleasant and work fast so the wait is not too long. I would highly recommend them to any new customers!
