Very polite and helpful. Hard working under any weather condition. We just replaced the air filters , and they checked for everything else, but don’t feel like they push for services. Highly appreciate their work.

This was my first time going to this location, Chantilly, VA. The service was very fast I was there for no more than 5 minutes. My only complaint is that they only washed my front windshield when I go to the Maryland locations they wash all of my windows. This location was convenient because I was able to go straight from work. I'll try them again if the same thing happens then I'll go back to my regular locations. Overall the service was good.

This is my favorite place to get car maintenance done, even though this location is an extra 20 minutes out of my way. Every single time, the work is done well, they take extra steps to ensure you are taken care of, and they keep things within a reasonable timeframe. I've been going here for several years and only wish they offered more services, like tires and inspections, so I wouldn't have to go anywhere else. This 5 stars goes to Bill and his team, he is a fantastic shop manager.

I have been using this Jiffy Lube probably over 25 years since the day they opened it the manor is great accommodating great teamwork amongst employees clean quick and efficient. Only thing I will miss is they no longer back in your floors

Been taking my fleet vehicle here for over 5 years to change my oil. Techs are always friendly, fast and thorough. Coffee isn’t bad either.

????? I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. I came in to have my brakes done, and the service advisor, Elder, was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain what my car needed, including a tire rotation and coolant flush, and helped me understand why those services are important for maintaining my vehicle. I really appreciated that he was knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Melvin completed my brake service in under 30 minutes, and the work was done right the first time. It’s been four months since the service, and I haven’t had any issues at all. The team was professional, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location and will definitely be returning for future maintenance.??

I came in to have my oil changed as my light indicator was on. It turned out that I only needed a top off which was no charge as I still had about a 1000 miles left before I needed the full oil change. I appreciated the honesty & guidance and will come back later when it’s time! ??

I took my 2006 BMW 325i in for an oil and filter change. The staff were extremely personable and professional. The manager took a personal interest in his customers, and I felt appreciated and well taken care of.

My first experience with this Jiffy Lube location was honestly impressive. The service was not only fast, but every employee I interacted with was very friendly, professional, and respectful. I unfortunately don’t remember their names, but the whole team created a really positive experience. What stood out the most was that there was no pressure or upselling. While waiting, I noticed they were being honest and straightforward with customers instead of trying to charge for unnecessary services, which is honestly rare these days. The pricing also felt fair, especially compared to dealership pricing. I also appreciated how convenient the process was. No appointment needed, no long wait, just quick and smooth service from start to finish. Overall, this location earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for professional and honest service in the area.

The customer service here was amazing!! They were very attentive to me from start to finish. They also helped educate on what my car needed immediately versus down the line and why. I was also in and out in less than 15 minutes. Bonus: they honor military discounts! As an expecting mama, all of these things especially being intentional with my finances are so important to me. Don’t hesitate to go here ??

Fast and friendly service

These guys know exactly what they're doing. They saw I just wanted an oil change, it was getting to closing time and then got me in and out of the shop in a reasonable amount of time. Of course they let me know of spark plugs and made sure I knew what was up but as it's an old car they're okay. Although they did not go the extra mile, I'll still give em the 5 stars. While I think some Jiffy lubes will wash your windshield and top off fluids I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and just say that it was late, they saw I was ready to go, and they got me on my way, which honesty was okay. Sometimes you gotta just read the customer's mind and we've all been there. 4 stars because they were great, but I do wish they woulda cleaned my windshield and topped off fluids if that's what they were supposed to, but 5 stars if that's a store by store thing if staff enables it. They were just nice people too even if it was late. I will definitely come here again.
