After calling all over town all morning, this location was able to take me in for an oil change and state inspection, (a big ask to do all in a day) and it was fantastic!! every single person working was incredibly nice and helpful, even with a full waiting room, and I was in and out within 3 hours! Absolutely no “upselling” vibes and as a young woman I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or anything of the sort (which I have felt at other repair shops), I couldn’t be more pleased!! 100% recommend and will be coming back here again :)

I went to this Jiffy Lube to ask how much an oil change there costs. As I was walking towards the building, one employee said hello. Before I reached the entrance, another employee who was cleaning the windows also said hi and asked "can I help you with anything?" When I told him what I wanted he called over a woman, her name, I believe, is Chash, who asked with a big smile what I wanted, then checked my car out and afterwards provided an estimate that was cheaper than other places I had consulted. For under $130, I got an oil change, my fluids topped, my tires filled with air and rotated, and both my air filters changed (which I had bought with me). This was more than what other places said they'd charge for the same service. I was happy with the price, the location, in a shopping center, and of course, the customer service. I also liked that there are women mechanics. I had come to this shop two years ago for an oil change and didn't have a good experience. I man in the waiting room said there had been a recent turnover in staff.

Eli Senters is a solid person and mechanic. The lugnut on my truck broke during a tire rotation. He put on a new lugnut and gave me the tire rotation for free.

As a claims adjuster I had many unfortunate experiences with Jiffy Lubes. I was not happy to find 18 years ago my husband had taken my car to Jiffy Lube Pantops. It has been an 18 year pleasant surprise. They are polite professional and friendly going beyond the requirements of the job. I was able to keep my PT Cruiser for 200,000 miles. My Fiat is 10 years old.

These guys rock. They are patient kind caring and helpful. The new manager is an absolute sweetheart from phone to check out. Chris in service side was amazing. There is a really funny lil guy there named Cole that works hard and brings some comedy. Will be back for all the services I ever need. Never looked forward to needing vehicle service till this amazing crew!

Just visited the Pantops Jiffy Lube as my oil light went off - courteous, efficient, and very jiffy indeed - I highly recommend this team for your oil change needs.

You get what you pay for, in the old sayings of time. You can have service that’s either cheap and fast, but the quality won’t be great. You can have service that is fast and high quality, but it won’t be cheap. Or you can have service that is high quality and cheap but it won’t be fast. This service location provides excellent service with good knowledge at fair prices to the customer. Most services can be done relatively quickly I.e. oil changes. Some individuals leave poor reviews because they get stuck in line waiting a while for an oil change. Not many individuals realize this company does their service work on first come first serve basis. So if you get stuck in line behind someone like me who has literally every oil and fluid changed on their vehicle. You’re going to be waiting a while because I’m not getting just an oil change. I’m getting the oil and fluids changed on a front and rear differential, possible a transmission flush, radiator flush, a regular oil change too, axles potentially greased, etc etc. This means you that shows up for just a fifteen minute oil change might be waiting for three hours because I requested a lot of work to be done, close to $1000 worth of work to be done, and since I showed up before you I get to go first. Furthermore, customers that complain about the cost of oil changes. Stop it. You look foolish, 5 quarts of oil costs about $30 on the cheap end right now. If you drive a truck you’re going to have to replace 15 quarts of oil. That’s $90 minimum for oil and these people don’t work for free so you have to factor in their labor costs. Plus the insurance. Plus the cost to replace parts used like oil filters as well. My overall rating for them taking care of my 2006 F-250 super duty. 10/10. I know it’s sometimes an absolute pain doing work on large diesel trucks and engines so these are great in my opinion. If the shop isn’t busy and you’re going in for a regular oil change, you will be in and out in probably 20 minutes. Having been a maintenance technician on diesel equipment in the past, I understand that the technicians here genuinely appreciate the customers and care about the longevity of their vehicles. More often than not if I’ve opted for a service my vehicle doesn’t really need, they’ll recommend against having it completed to save me time and money. They’ll also give you a justification and logical answer/reasoning as to why you shouldn’t. Not many people are that honest nowadays and I think that it is a great thing the mechanics here will protect you and your investments in many different ways besides just changing your oil.

I would give five stars if I hadn’t had to clean oily finger prints off the hood, door, and inside handle.

Timely & honest. As simple, yet thorough as an oil change can get. They get you in. Get you out. And along the way they are never pushy with reccomendations, BUT always make sure to check everything thay should be checked routinely, and to let you know your options in an open and honest way.

John was very helpful. He let me know what kind of oil he recommended for my GMC but wasn’t pushy, he let me chose. Fast friendly service. I definitely recommend it and I will continue to bring my car to them.

Did a good job. Fast and easy. In and out. They do free fluid changes and fill your tires all for a very affordable price.

I had a very good experience here when I had a flat tire. They fixed it for only $19, and much more quickly than I anticipated (the whole thing probably took around half an hour, including wait time). I can't speak to any of their other services.
