I stopped in for a new brake light and the line was pretty long. Someone came out and was able to do that off to the side so I didn't have to wait for all of the oil changes. I was very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness at this location for Jiffy Lube! I will definitely come back!

This is from the place to go. My man Lucas H. Was on point. Respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Also the GM Heather was extremely helpful and polite. Live an hour away but best believe ill be taking my vehicles here. Love this place!

Willing to replace my brake pads without doing entire brake job and rotors of course they educated me on what was going on with the car and what I needed to do and everything else before they made any decisions to go through with it but they did allow it which is a miracle for me

I explained everything very clearly and very professional, but yet it was friendly enough that you felt very comfortable. There really did a good job. I set my car while they did the oil change and just really enjoyed it watching them work and what they knowledge they had all about the cars. I was really impressed. The manager was awesome.

The kids' area and bathroom amenities are much appreciated by this busy mama. Very woman-friendly and kid-friendly location. It is rare to be actually comfortable while you wait for your car to be serviced. Also very fast. Thanks.

There are three gentleman that assisted me that really made the inconvenience of car troubles bearable. I came for new brakes but they let me know that I also desperately needed new front tires, and since I don’t have much knowledge of car repairs, I asked a lot of questions regarding the process & costs. Each of the three gentlemen were very kind & willing to answer them all. There was also a discrepancy with pricing which was quickly resolved & I am very grateful to the gentleman that did. The only reason I am not choosing 5 stars is because there was one gentleman that doesn’t seem to enjoy working here or dealing with customers, I believe his name was David. Within earshot of me he called another customer impatient because she wanted to get a rough ETA for when her car would be ready. When I asked a question about the internet, even though he answered my question & followed up with me which I do appreciate, his demeanor made me feel as though I was disturbing him. Overall I would recommend this location & return simply because of the 3 gentlemen that made it worth while. Efficient oil change in no more than 15 minutes

David, Joe, and CJ were super helpful and got me in and out for my oil change! They were patient with helping me figure out what I needed and made it a great experience with some laughs!

After calling all over town all morning, this location was able to take me in for an oil change and state inspection, (a big ask to do all in a day) and it was fantastic!! every single person working was incredibly nice and helpful, even with a full waiting room, and I was in and out within 3 hours! Absolutely no “upselling” vibes and as a young woman I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or anything of the sort (which I have felt at other repair shops), I couldn’t be more pleased!! 100% recommend and will be coming back here again :)

I went to this Jiffy Lube to ask how much an oil change there costs. As I was walking towards the building, one employee said hello. Before I reached the entrance, another employee who was cleaning the windows also said hi and asked "can I help you with anything?" When I told him what I wanted he called over a woman, her name, I believe, is Chash, who asked with a big smile what I wanted, then checked my car out and afterwards provided an estimate that was cheaper than other places I had consulted. For under $130, I got an oil change, my fluids topped, my tires filled with air and rotated, and both my air filters changed (which I had bought with me). This was more than what other places said they'd charge for the same service. I was happy with the price, the location, in a shopping center, and of course, the customer service. I also liked that there are women mechanics. I had come to this shop two years ago for an oil change and didn't have a good experience. I man in the waiting room said there had been a recent turnover in staff.

Eli Senters is a solid person and mechanic. The lugnut on my truck broke during a tire rotation. He put on a new lugnut and gave me the tire rotation for free.

I visited for a routine oil change, and I was warmly greeted by Adonis, who assisted me throughout the process. His friendliness and exceptional customer service made a significant impression on me. I will definitely return, largely due to his outstanding support!

As a claims adjuster I had many unfortunate experiences with Jiffy Lubes. I was not happy to find 18 years ago my husband had taken my car to Jiffy Lube Pantops. It has been an 18 year pleasant surprise. They are polite professional and friendly going beyond the requirements of the job. I was able to keep my PT Cruiser for 200,000 miles. My Fiat is 10 years old.

These guys rock. They are patient kind caring and helpful. The new manager is an absolute sweetheart from phone to check out. Chris in service side was amazing. There is a really funny lil guy there named Cole that works hard and brings some comedy. Will be back for all the services I ever need. Never looked forward to needing vehicle service till this amazing crew!

Just visited the Pantops Jiffy Lube as my oil light went off - courteous, efficient, and very jiffy indeed - I highly recommend this team for your oil change needs.

Stopped in to have my oil changed at Jiffy Lube Goldsboro NC, even tho I was not due yet mileage wise. Asked them to let me know how far down on oil I was I thought I had a leak. They not only said I didn't have to get the oil change done until the mileage date, they topped off my oil for no charge because I had my last oil change at a Jiffy Lube in VA. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10

Always has been a plasent visit fast AND friendly people and they'll work with you on just about anything just be straight up and honest with them and they will definitely do the same and do what they can to help there customers needs believe that
