Pricey but relatively quick. I hope the lack of attention to detail inside the office is not reflected in the work done!

The staff is exceptional, kind & efficient. The manager is exceptional. It is a positive experience.

A true joy. Drove right up to the middle bay, was met by a very friendly Jiffer, they turned my care around quickly, and off I went. Overall a great experience. I highly recommended it.

Very professional, timely fashion Tati did my oil change. She was amazing. Had a great personality and a delightful attitude, but always recommend coming to this jiffy lube just for her upbeat personality

The store manager was quite friendly and knowledgeable. When he suggested I get new brakes, he explained and showed me why. The parts for the brakes did not come correct and he worked hard to keep me informed on all possible solutions.

The staff was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in a jiffy.

Absolutely love the staff at this location on Battlefield Blvd. So Friendly and Welcoming. They Give you all the info upfront no hidden charges. I was there on 3-4-26 and I wish I would have gotten all the names so the can all be recognized. Kudos to your staff in Chesapeake VA.

Fast service but basic. No more vacuuming the floor

We pulled up at 5:45 (they close at 6) thinking they would turn us away because no one could possibly get an oil change done that quickly! We were wrong. They brought us straight into the bay and got to work. Everyone was friendly and professional. The oil change was just a basic oil change and no one tried to “upsell” us for anything extra. They did run diagnostics on my 20 year old minivan and told us a few things that may need attention, but didn’t try to pressure us to do it there. I was very pleased with the excellent experience we had! I will definitely be back in a few thousand miles!
