My first time at JL and had a great experience the tech checked over my truck and replaced only what was needed, didn’t try To upsell at all. They literally opened the shop door for me upon arrival and departure they opened the truck door and vacuumed inside and honored my Military Discount. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone!!

Very reasonal oil change , the dudes in there is mad chill but they get it done . I respect there hustle and grind , way better than Valvoline where they bust you in the head with a honey bun .

definitely one of the better locations I have been to. Saw a minor mishap with a different customer, technicians quickly took accountability and rectified the issue immediately. it was nice to see. 2nd visit update! was on location a couple minutes early, Solo technician was waiting. I didn't get his name, but he was above and beyond, extremely professional. He was also quick, despite having no help. I hope the schedule is checked and he gets recognized for his Drive to succeed! These are the kinds of people that deserve to move up! two visits in, I'm pretty sure I will keep coming here for my fleet vehicle!

On our way back to NC we noticed the undercarriage of our car was hanging extremely low to the ground and at risk of falling completely off. It was just my son and I so I couldn’t risk putting the car on the road in that condition. I Googled for a mechanic in the area and the only shop open was Jiffy Lube. I drove slowly ten minutes to the shop and we asked if this was something they could fix. Maxwell had us bring the car inside and he fixed it all within 3 mins. I’m so grateful for Maxwells willingness to help and the efficient manner in which he did it. He turned a very frustrating moment for me into a very pleasant experience. Thanks again,Maxwell!
