I was treated professionally, and all of my car concerns was addressed. I was offered water and a warm place to sit as they worked on my vehicle. The manager took his time to explain things to me and to ensure that I understood what was going on with my car. I will always return to that location if the manager is there. He is awesome.

Phenomenal experience. Came in for an oil change with no appointment, and this shop took care of me jn ~15 minutes for a fair price. The employees were all amazing—extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout-out to the person running the front-of-house. He was a like human encyclopedia. For multiple customers, I heard him call out the specific filter type, filter location, and other vehicle-specific quirks off the top of his head based only on a car make/model. He also nailed my zip code based on my street address. Thank you to the whole shop.

I read all these crazy reviews about Jiffy lube and how they push extra services. I happen to be on a business trip right next door to one. I went and asked if they could give me an oil change and that's what they did. I wasn't up sold on anything. They were extremely polite and I was in and out in 30 minutes.
