Great experience at the Warrenton Jiffy Lube. very friendly and thorough.

Every employee that saw or even passed me went out of their way to say hello and engage in conversation. I loved how they brought things to my attention but did not try to push the sale too hard and make it uncomfortable. Past mechanical issues came up in conversation and they recommended several reliable shops in the area. They were quick and efficient and I was in and out in around 20 minutes. The only negative thing I have to say, is the bathroom was gross but didnt warrant taking a star away from how good the rest of the service was.

Fast service. Needed and oil change they didnt try and upsell me or lie to me to get me to buy extra things. Was a great experience

The Jiffy Lube Shop on Warrenton Road (Rt 17) about 1 mile west of I 95. Excellent, Friendly Service as usual. I've been going to that location since 2004!

The order writer was knowledgeable and helpful. He told me of other work I should consider doing without trying to pressure me. I was in and out for an oil change in a short time.

Very helpful people

I liked the fact the the team moved with military precision. Calling out to each other to each step of the process and confirming each step. I also liked that they did things like check my tire pressure, vacuum my car and check my fluids. It reminded me of what a full self service could look like.

My low tire light came on, so I pulled in and they got all 4 tires to the right psi quickly. I didn't even have to get out of my car. Great service with a smile.

I just had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Austin, who truly saved the day. During our conversation about checking my air cabin filter, I mentioned concerns about mice entering my vehicle, and sure enough, we found remnants in the filter. Austin went above and beyond to address the issue, explain everything clearly, and make sure my car was safe and in top shape. It’s rare to come across service that feels both professional and personal, but Austin delivered exactly that, leaving me confident and relieved.

Went in for an oil change Adam was so efficient and kind. Simple things! Definitely will be going back!!

Love this particular Jiffy Lube! Took my vehicle to another Jiffy Lube closer to where I currently live,out of 3 services each time took them over 2hrs to service be,so I came back to this and in and out service, never more than 30to45mins completes all that's needed. Not to mention the workers are very friendly and always recommend what's needed if any is need. 5star service!!!!

Pros: Very fast service! I was very impressed with getting out within 30 minutes on the service that I needed. They also cleaned the mats on my vehicle. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get what I needed done today. The service greatly exceeded my expectations. Cons: if you're quoted a price...It should be documented and communicated on who you speak with. Seems like there's a bait and switch to make you pay more. Seemed like the price kept changing as well. Especially if you mentioned that you have military or that you're a student. I was not too happy about and I did address that with the Service Advisor. I understand that paying more leads to a bigger commission and more hours. But with what's going on and in today's economy it's really good to save as much as you can. That should be considered....Make sure that you have your coupons ready before you pay. I would also recommend for them to have an Office Coordinator at the shop. Seems like the technicians are doing everything. Which is a lot!

Fast service, great customer service. Austin on route 17 was great.

I came in to get my brakes done, and they even went out of their way to help fix up my bumper. The mechanic Sean is super nice and helpful, as well as Dee. I absolutely recommend coming here!

They were quick and handled the 4 customers well while I was there.
