Friendly, quick and efficiaent

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube in Forest, Virginia. Though they seamed to be rather busy, the wait was not long. I left after only about 45 Minutes with all the items I requested be serviced and they made me aware of other issues that needed to be taken care on the near future. Thank you, Jiffy Lube Forest.

The service at this location is top tier! The entire staff is friendly and prompt when working on vehicles. I appreciate the other recommendations they made as well for my vehicle, i had no idea i needed some of the things they caught. The lady that greeted me, Tiffany, was smiling and happy to help! I will continue to use this location from here on out!

After a bad wheel balance job on a service of an Enterprise fleet vehicle I had done at a Jiffy Lube in Richmond, and after 3 other Jiffy Lubes in the Lynchburg area either refused or were unable to correct the issue, the employees at this location jumped right on it without hesitation and performed the best balance job that I’ve had since the trucks been in my possession, at no charge to anyone. I really appreciate you all and wanted to make sure you knew that you are the best in the area.
