Friendly and fast service

Great service - walked in for an oil change and was out in 20min. They even topped off my washer fluid.

The people here are awesome, extremely helpful and just real. Good at what they do and fast.

Sad that the one on Stillman closed, but thrilled that the people that took care of me are here! When u need friendly, fast service, my favorite jiffy lube people. They are professional, well versed on what is needed, and continue to give great customer service ??

came for slow tire leak, was immediately greeted by a friendly employee named John who directed us to the bay before I even had to get out of the car. Another employee checked the tire over, and while he couldn't find where the leak was coming from, he did everything he could, offered solutions and gave advice. he seemed very genuine. I would come back here for other services

Quick, efficient. Unfortunately the cost of everything has gone up so what used to be $25-$30 oil changes have turned into $113 oil changes but for the price it took them all of 10 minutes to work on my car.

After a horrible experience at a different Jiffy Lube location, it's no lie to say I was nervous today. However, the Pouncey Tract Jiffy Lube not only allayed my fears, but perfomed the service to my car with supreme efficiency. I don't think it was 20 minutes I sat inside the location before my car was ready. I will be strongly considering returning to this location the next time my car needs an oil change

I took my car to the Jiffy Lube on Pouncy Tract Rd. For an oil change. I was greeted by Shakita P. the manager that took care of my car service. Her level of customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend this location. I give a 10/10 rating. Thanks Shakita for your superb service!!

Shaq & Darese went above and beyond on, Shaq greeted me as I arrived to the location, he was extremely thorough getting me registered for the service I was getting for my car. Darese went above and beyond by calling me minutes before the store was closing to find out that I was walking to the jiffy lube location which was a half an hour walk. Then Darese suggested that he will come pick me up from the side of the road to make sure I’ve got my car before the location closed. There are actually good people in this world, Shaquill and Darese have proven that today. Thank you Gentlemen
