Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 4227 POUNCEY TRACT RD, GLEN ALLEN, VA, 23060-5829

fast, courteous, thorough. Perfect experience. Super convenient. I just pull in, they input my license plate, they know what I want and do it. I relax, and before I get to page 3 of my book I'm on my way.

Jiffy Lube is the best, hands down service. I love the shortpump broad street location. These guys are great and give you the best product and the rates.

I needed an oil change and got super fast and professional service. The technician also made sure my tire pressure was good before I drove off. Would highly recommend this JiffyLube.

Excellent service and very speedy!

I was in a time crunch today to get an oil change and some minor maintenance done. Carlos was very helpful getting my car in quickly for service and was very knowledgeable about pricing, services needed, and how long they’d take. Thanks Carlos!

Fast and great service

This morning’s experience with the location I was at in the Short Pump area of Richmond, Virginia, was one of the smoothest I’ve ever had. The location was extremely clean and the employees were quick and very helpful. We will be going back here every time for each vehicle. Thank you for a great experience. * And when they ask you to give them your email, please do so because the coupons were amazing.

This was first visit! I was very impressed by the speed and quality of service at the Pouncy Tract location. Highly recommend!!

Sad that the one on Stillman closed, but thrilled that the people that took care of me are here! When u need friendly, fast service, my favorite jiffy lube people. They are professional, well versed on what is needed, and continue to give great customer service ??

The courtesy was great and the service fast.

Excellent service and reasonable price.

Your employees/technicians brightened my day. Very courteous and knowledgeable about what oil I needed for my particular car. And they vacuumed my car ??????

Excellent service taking care of my daughter’s car!

Cool ppl. Quick.

came for slow tire leak, was immediately greeted by a friendly employee named John who directed us to the bay before I even had to get out of the car. Another employee checked the tire over, and while he couldn't find where the leak was coming from, he did everything he could, offered solutions and gave advice. he seemed very genuine. I would come back here for other services

I was able to get an oil change quickly without any wait time. Christopher Q customer service was outstanding.
