Marcus (not sure its the right name) ?? was straight up about everything and he explain what things needed to be done outside of the oil change. Should us what he replaced and he is very pleasant

I've been going to Jiffy for 1years. When I got my 2020 Tucson, I never had any problems with them. The service was great. The manager is very friendly and their employees and the clean environment. The atmosphere, the peace and I trust them with my car since I got the car from the dealership.Last year.

Quick and welcoming service.

I had my headlights polished. It took a while, which was fine by me. Took a while to cure after completing the job. All employees were very polite beyond their job. All in all a good experience.

Service was efficient and quick considering adding a brake replacement. The service/ store manager delivered wonderful customer service and maintained communication throughout my rendered services. By far, 12/10 rating !

Oil change.

Went to get a headlight bulb changed as bulb had blown. Took my truck into the bay right away...started work. In order to change the bulb it required some fanaggling...to get to it...was charged a little over 40 bucks for the repair. Bulb alone sells for anywhere from 15.00 to 20.00 depending on where you buy it, plus another 20.00 for labor...probably a pretty fair price overall. Everything is so expensive these days...
