I took my grandson’s car for an oil change and JL found there was an active oil leak- the young man who waited on me explained why they could not do the oil change and was extremely helpful. He put oil in the car and my grandson will take the car back to the shop that was supposed to have fixed the leak about 2 months ago

I had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube thanks to the service manager, Matthew. I came in with a stripped drain plug on an older car, and Matthew handled the situation with real care and professionalism. He took the time to look everything over, explain the problem clearly, and recommend a fix. He installed the new plug properly, tested it with fresh oil to make sure it sealed, and didn’t rush a single step. You could tell he really wanted the job done correctly and safely. What stood out the most was how fair, honest, and customer-focused he was throughout the entire process. Service providers who combine technical skill with this level of integrity and communication are rare. Matthew turned what could have been a stressful and more difficult situation into a positive experience, and I really appreciate the way he handled it.

Stillwaiting for my receipt. Machine at shop was not working. I was told You would email receipt. No receipt, just the survey. Disappointing.

Very helpful and professional. Let me know that oil pan was damaged by the people who changed the oil last time. Also checked all the fluids and appropriate needs. Appreciate the job they did. Will recommend this Jiffy Lube to one and all !!! ????

the guys here are great and worked with me so much. if it weren’t for the manager and his staff, i would’ve not been able to drive my car home it was in such bad shape but they did everything they could to stay in my budget and get me on the road safely. i highly recommend!
