Stopped in on a Friday morning for an oil change - professional, quick service. Clean facilities. Overall great experience!

I mean this with all honesty. I want to make it clear right from the beginning that I am not referring to this specific Jiffy Lube location when I say this, but I’ve only been to Jiffy Lube two or three other times, at different locations in Maryland and Virginia, and every single time they tried to scam me. They would tell me that a light was out, a blinker was out, or a taillight was out, even though I would always check everything right before pulling in and verify that it was all working properly. I was due for an oil change but didn’t have a lot of time, and unfortunately, the chain I generally go to for quick oil changes was a little farther away than I was willing to drive today. So, I held my breath and decided to give Jiffy Lube another shot. Before going, I actually recorded a video walking around my car and verifying that everything worked so they couldn’t hit me with any nonsense, just in case. I was pleasantly surprised that this was the first time I’ve had a genuinely great experience at Jiffy Lube. This location appears to be run by honest, good people, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here for my next oil change if I’m nearby.

There was an issue with my oil spindle but the guys gave me good directions on where to get it and got me out of there within the day.

The best Jiffy Lube! They always take care of me. All the workers are so nice! Quick & easy. The service adviser Josue was super helpful , knew what he was talking about & made me feel comfortable with the work my car was getting done. 5 stars would recommend anybody to come here! To be honest, the only reason I visited this Jiffy Lube was because of all of its existing good reviews. They didn't disappoint. My car was due for an oil change and I took the opportunity to get some much-needed preventative maintenance done. The automotive technicians were polite, professional, and fast.
