Very courteous and quick.

I bought a used car that had gotten serviced here before I bought it. There was a minor mistake, and I brought it back in with no appointment and they fixed and inspected it right away for only $1! This was on Christmas Eve. Y'all go above and beyond, I really appreciate it!

I highly recommend this jiffy lube. They saved my butt today. I woke up with a dead battery and I already needed an oil change. After 4 or 5 local places saying they could not help us and sending us to the dealership which is closed on weekends and expensive! They got my battery checked, replaced and my oil changed for half what the dealer would have charged. I will return. Customer service was also great!!

i have tried other Jiffy Lubes and have never received the truly perfect experience as I did with this one on Amherst Hwy. Today was for inspection. They fit me in for same day service. Super courteous, professional and sweet friendly. Other reviews saying employees standing around. I may be wrong, but I believe Inspectors must be trained and certified by VA State Police Dept. Usually there is only one Inspector per location. Sadly that could leave the other employees in positions that an onlooker may misconstrue as lacking customer service. … They are great here from signing in to paying out.

Fantastic service.

Dave saved my life! I just had an oil change at another place a few days ago and did not realize my car was leaking oil until right before I had to leave for a trip! Dave and his team got the job done fast and fixed the leak! Fantastic people! Will be back in the future!

They go above and beyond for the right customer experience! Very patient (as I am that customer that asks a lot of questions ), they never rush but take time.

The only Jiffy Lube I'd ever trust with my car. Dave is always absolutely fantastic help and they finish in a timely manner, while doing a great job.

Lemme say the service was perfect!! I was in and out within 15mins and I highly recommend going there!!!! They put the right oil in my car!! Kristina the gm is the hardest worker I've seen! I'm going there from now on and they have discounts!! I'm sold!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dave and Kevin at Jiffy Lube in Madison Heights, VA! Earlier today, I bought a used truck and was so excited—until I noticed some issues shortly after driving it. Worried, I called Jiffy Lube around 6 PM, hoping for advice or help. Not only did they answer right away, but by 6:30, I was back on the road with my “new-to-me” truck riding perfectly! Dave and Kevin were absolutely incredible. They were professional, knowledgeable, and so kind throughout the entire process. I felt like they truly cared about helping me, and they worked so quickly and efficiently that they turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience. I’m beyond grateful for their expertise and customer service—it honestly felt like they saved me and my new truck! Asst. Mngr. Dave at the Madison Heights Virginia shop (24572)was very kind and courteous.He was very Professional and he gave me a great deal . It was a cold day and the shop was warm & clean.

Super sweet guys, just came in for an oil change and that's exactly what I got :) I expected to get haggled but they didn't push for anything at all. Will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I recently took my Yukon into Jiffy Lube recently because my brakes were grinding. Previously under different management, it wasn’t the best experience. This time was totally different. Every person my husband dealt with was so pleasant and helpful. We can certainly tell that the new manager has done a lot to make things better!

Employees Savannah, Randall & Dakota go above & beyond. I live in Forest, sent to 4 diff JL's for a tire change to pass inspection, all the previous 3 JL's mysteriously had "air compressor issues" or "not enough manning", so i was sent to this one that finally accepted my reciepts, i found out later they didnt even get the money from it! They help you out for the sake of the JL name, not shoving it off to someone bc it's too cold.....may the triune God bless them always!

It was ok. They weren't that busy but they were. It took awhile for her to put my info into the PC and come up with an estimate. That's my only complaint. The one guy in work clothing was just standing around.

My wife and I came in for an oil change on black Friday. We were Expecting a wait when we arrive. There was a team member named Savannah she promptly helped us and we asked if we could stay in the car. She said sure no problem. She helped guides the car up to the Bay. She was very friendly knowledgeable and helped with any questions that I had. She topped off my wiper fluid and also put air in my tires. We were very happy with the service that we were provided we will be back.

Went there, people were nice. Got in got out in a reasonable amount of time. You have to take jiffy lube with a grain of salt . They are ther to run a business and make a profit. Just be knowledgeable and tell them what u want done nothing more nothing less. You will walk out satisfied!.
