Best service ever. The manager went above and beyond to provide the best service for my truck

First review. I was here a couple days ago and I’m a frequent customer of this location. And Duane and Alex really help me out, They helped me with my car and were straight forward and honest about what was happening with it. They told me exactly what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. They need to be recognized. Every time I come through they are honest and respectful and knowledgeable. It was a shock to learn that alex is infact not a manager. Every time I come through he always seems to be the most knowledgeable and passionate about his job and With the way he runs the shop I thought he was a manager. And Duane is always helpful and kind. They both deserve recognition and a raise in my opinion after finding out they get paid 15 an hour. I believe that both of them deserve more based off of every interaction I’ve had with them. They always make it a joy to come. They are only reason I still come to jiffy lube and why I tell all my friends and family to come. If they leave or move on to another store you can count on me going there regardless of the distance. Thanks again yall!

Service was quick and the gentlemen working there are very nice. This is my second time there and I haven't felt like they're pushing products on me just things that genuinely need to be done or replaced. Will continue to go here!

This Jiffy Lube location is the best in the area. Had my oil changed and they were very careful with my car. Double-checked the oil level multiple times to ensure it was properly filled. Friendly and professional service. Did all of the required checks and had me on my way in a reasonable time.

Brandon was great, when assisting with my FIL's Nissan Sentra. He was very kind, helpful, knowable, and efficient. I highly recommend dealing with Brandon when getting your vehicles serviced at this Jiffy Lube. We look forward to our next service!

We went here for an oil change, and we expected it to take a while. But they did the change in less than 10 minutes!

Wow! These guys rocked it. I had planned to be there a while, but they got me in right away. It was like watching a pit stop at the Indianapolis 500. It was literally 5 minutes and done. I've never seen that before. It was pretty amazing. Thank you.

My first visit was underwhelming so I was hesitant to stop this time. But the need was great so I did. And I’m glad. The folks were much more personable and the service fast, efficient, and quality.

They made all the service really fast, oil change, check on tire air pressure, wipers liquid, etc. really nice service.

Alex was an amazing technician. I inquired about the difference between regular and synthetic oil? Surprisingly, he actually broke down the difference in a clear, intellectual, very professional way... I asked if that was a requirement for "Jiffy Lube" He explained how he has learned a lot there, but went to a trade school in Automotive mechanics... My husband and I were very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism... I see this kid owning his own shop one day very soon! Jiffy Lube you are lucky to have this individual representing your company.... 10-Stars ??????????
