Exceptional service. Would highly recommend them to anyone awesome service.

Good ??

Great service, the staff was professional, timely, and knowledgeable, especially Marquis. Brought in my 2nd car for an oil change the same day I was so pleased. Thank you!

Staff was fantastic...professional and very pleasant. In and out in very efficient manner. I would definitely go back.

Everyone was so friendly. They changed my oil and rotated my tires and I was out and no time!!!! They were so professional and I appreciate them so much.!!!!

They have great service, but slow internet

Good service. Pleasant staff. And quick.

Very fast work. In and. out in 10 minutes. But not completely up front about pricing. When I arrived I asked for the cost of a blend oil change and the person replied $99.xx. Turns out in the end a $9.99 shop fee is added. That should have been included in the initial price quote. I feel the price was a little stiff even with the 6th quart.

Excellent service

Lawrence was super helpful and the service was fast and friendly.

I had the best customer service experience and service from Lawrence and his crew there at the Jiffy Lube location on J Clyde in Newport News., and the service was quick. (I was out in a Jiffy. Lol

Fast reliable service

The mechanics at this Jiffy Lube were truly incredible! When I came in today, I was panicking about a white smoke coming from my exhaust pipe. I have 1000s of miles on my 2021 Nissan Rogue due to my job as a courier. I gave Kate all the details of the issue and what I had done so far to fix it. She and the other mechanics were on it! They did a full synthetic oil change, brake fluid thing (I don’t remember what it’s called), tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement, and an inspection for coolant and other possible leaks. They explained what other repairs needed attention with cost estimates, including telling me in terms I could understand as someone who knows nothing about cars. For instance, both my front and rear brake pads are very close to bad. Kate explained how they know this with red and yellow levels. I felt they were honest about repairs that need to be done, especially because they didn’t make it seem like everything was eminent. I HIGHLY recommend this shop.

Great service and very quick.

I was in and out in minutes and they found a coupon for me. I’m sold!

Staff/attendant, efficient professional & show empathy in service. Excellent care & the “Manager “ can to me to assure his professional services.

I arrived around 20 to 6. They close at 6. Desperately needed my oil changed. The guys were so kind. I felt bad rolling in so late.I told them I could come back but Marquis the manager insisted I stay and the would do the oil change. He had me in and out in short order! I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube on J Clyde. BJM
