The mechanics at this Jiffy Lube were truly incredible! When I came in today, I was panicking about a white smoke coming from my exhaust pipe. I have 1000s of miles on my 2021 Nissan Rogue due to my job as a courier. I gave Kate all the details of the issue and what I had done so far to fix it. She and the other mechanics were on it! They did a full synthetic oil change, brake fluid thing (I don’t remember what it’s called), tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement, and an inspection for coolant and other possible leaks. They explained what other repairs needed attention with cost estimates, including telling me in terms I could understand as someone who knows nothing about cars. For instance, both my front and rear brake pads are very close to bad. Kate explained how they know this with red and yellow levels. I felt they were honest about repairs that need to be done, especially because they didn’t make it seem like everything was eminent. I HIGHLY recommend this shop.

I arrived around 20 to 6. They close at 6. Desperately needed my oil changed. The guys were so kind. I felt bad rolling in so late.I told them I could come back but Marquis the manager insisted I stay and the would do the oil change. He had me in and out in short order! Stopped in to get an oil changed. Before I went I was on my way from work and lots of light came on. Went I arrived I showed them what was going on. They checked it on their computer (for free) and found out my hybrid battery is going bad. That’s a $6000 fix. To no avail, my car can still run without that hyper battery. I just won’t save as much gas. I asked them if there was a coupon. He told me to go online and sure enough there was a $25 coupon for an oil change. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great service I definitely will go back. I give them a five star.

Great. I accidentally left a $100 bill in car and it was in there when got back in. That's hard to find places that wouldn't take advantage these days. Service was great too, and the employees.

My car got a really "Jiffy" lube at the Jiffy Lube on J. Clyde Morris Blvd in Newport News, VA. It had to have been the fastest oil change my cars have ever gotten. These guys must be part of a NASCAR pit crew when they're not working at Jiffy Lube.
