Got my oil changed and air & cabin filters replaced in what felt like 20 min! They were not pushy at all, only informative and easygoing. I will definitely return to this location for further maintenance and care.

Great service! Good value for what you need. I have a Ford Fiesta which is supposed to have free oil changes for life when you buy it from the dealer right? False! When I took it there before I went on a trip to Georgia it cost me almost $250 to have an oil change! Just take your car to Jiffy Lube (Chesapeake)you'll have a great experience and come out far cheaper in the long run

Great customer service.

They replaced my snapped valve stem on my tire. They did it in a very reasonable time frame and helped me out of a crisis. Very much appreciated for excellent service and I was back on the road safely in no time.

I was there for more than 15 minutes. I thought they advised that the wait was 15 minutes. They were very friendly

Had tire pressure light come on. Tried 2 or 3 places to have them look, but everyone said it would be a couple hours before they could get to me. A friend suggested Jiffy Lube. I dropped by without notice. They got me in quickly, found the problem and had it fixed before I expected. Price was reasonable and wait time excellent and the job was done right.
