4.5/5 It is unreasonable to assume that one will never make a mistake, however the way that one handles a mistake says a lot. Yesterday I went into this Jiffy Lube for an oil change and it was a perfectly fine experience, I paid and left and everything was good. This morning I get a call and hear that they had forgotten to reinstall the skid plate and asked if I could return at my leisure and they would get it fixed for me, I showed up and in just a couple minutes everything was fixed and Anthony who helped me was very kind about the whole situation. Overall I had a good experience even with the mishap and that says a lot about a business.

My oil was changed quickly. The wait time was not long maybe 30 mins.

Called in the morning about my spark plugs and was told to come in because it wasn’t too busy. They were very nice and the customer service was excellent. Didn’t feel like I waited a hour. I will definitely be back again! Thank you guys!!

I have to tell you that every time that I get my service at 6826 Midlothian Turnpike Richmond, VA. I am thoroughly satisfied with the level of professionalism and vehicle care. I was greeted by a young man in uniform with a smile and welcome. As always the manager Cecil was very professional with the other customers and myself. I witnessed him double check behind his team to insure that everything was done properly. I used to bring my company fleet and personal vehicles here years ago and it got pretty bad and I stopped coming for service. I took a chance a couple of years ago to give it another try. The management of this location has been superb and consistent. Thank you to the ownership and staff for correcting what was wrong. Good job Jiffy Lube, Cecil and TEAM! You have my business back!

They’re very respectful and making sure all questions was answered anytime I’m there for my vehicle service. Jiffy line has always been my favorite place to take my vehicle to. Love it

The Customer service was awesome, I was advised of filters needing changing. The staff were very professional, thanked me for choosing them and informed me of other services provided afyerc3 months. they even opened my car door. I went there today for a quick oil change and the guys were on point. Especially the gentleman running the office. As soon as I pulled up he was walking to greet me, got things going and they knocked it out quick. Great job y'all, will definitely be back!
