Kind employees. Knowledgeable. And even though the wind chills felt below zero- and it was freezing in the garage where they had to work- they were there doing their thing. And I'm so grateful they were!

Ran by there because my emergency brake light was on in dash but brake not on. Mechanic put in brake fluid which turned light off, then made recommendation to take vehicle to dealership or other garage to have checked. Also nice enough to make a recommendation that ended up being close to home.

Visited this jiffy lube June 10, 2025 and could not have asked for better service! I was greeted immediately by one of the servicemen ( I am so sorry for not getting his name) who was very helpful and professional. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, wind shield wipers replaced and fluids topped off in 25 minutes for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The amazing people at Jiffy Lube went above and beyond to assist me and my needs today. I drove right in, they listened to my concerns, thry addressed every one of them, and due to my car needing 4 new brake pads and new tires, it took a bit longer. The incredibly kind inspector (Andrea) selflessly let me borrow her own personal vehicle so I could go pick up my kids from school while my car was still being worked on. These mechanics were understanding, thoughtful, kind, experienced, professional, and just good, caring people.

We were having engine issues and the guys there helped us out tremendously. Good honest place. I'd go back again if I had car issues.

I decided to stop here after having a positive experience at another Jiffy Lube. I did have to wait a while for the technician to become available, but they were able to quickly identify the awful sounds my car was making and all the guys were incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely return here for any future issues or routine things.

They were so nice. I got there first thing in the morning so I had no wait getting my inspection done. They also were so nice the day before when they did my mother's car. She is now their new customer. Ryan is so nice and goes way beyond. We will definitely go back

I have gotten my cars inspected and the oil changed at the Franklin Road location, I have gone to this location since my husband and I moved to Roanoke. I have trusted Jiffy Lube for many years. It was convenient to take our cars to them since my husband was in the US Navy. This location is great. The staff does change often except for the Inspection staff. The inspection lady is great, unfortunately, I can't remember her name. Thank you all for everything you do.

My car has had all kinds of things go wrong lately and Carl has been incredible Ryan and Stefanie have all been so helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone.
