Our car broke down on 495, in the middle of a 9 hour road trip and somehow, luckily, we rolled in on fumes into Stafford VA. We tried the Toyota dealership right off the highway, a couple of garages they recommended, and everyone was full and not willing to even take a look. We were screwed! We were about to reserve a car at the Avis as a Plan B, but decided to try Jiffy Lube. Amazingly, they were able to quickly diagnose the issue (ignition coils and spark plugs - we saw on the diagnostic machine with our own eyes, and our mechanic also said that was probably the issue based on our description). They said they would go across the street to get the parts. Miraculously, we had lunch at McDonald's and they were done! There was a small blip when we drove off, so we brought it back, and they were able to fix the problem. We believe our mechanic will probably gasp at the total price, but I think that might be expected. We did think it was amazing that the team there was able help during a dire time of need like no other place in the area was able or willing to, and when they were swamped as well. When we had the small problem near the end, one guy did take it for a particularly long test drive...and when we finally left, I noticed my coin purse which is always in the middle compartment was missing, but ah well. I considered it a $7 tip. I suspect a worker like that won't last long and then that location will be left with the rest of the team - good mechanics and ones willing to go out of their way to help.

Quick and the staff is super friendly

LI had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Derek and Mason. I attempted to do my own oil change and accidentally put too much oil in my vehicle, which caused some issues. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They got the job done quickly, explained everything clearly, and even took the time to check the rest of my vehicle to make sure everything was in good shape. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, Derek and Mason, for your excellent customer service. I truly appreciate your help and would highly recommend them!

Marco was fabulous today with my oil change and the few other things that go along with it. And everyone else who did the top offs and checking out. Everyone at this Jiffy Lube are great. This is definitely my favorite place to go for an oil change. They don't try to get over on you here. 10/10

Have not been with this vehicle just got staff very helpful, with What needed up front pricing, very professional staff even if not perfect effort is great and appreciate.

At the beginning of our road trip from Maryland to to Florida we heard a noise in the vehicle. Austin provided incredible customer service by quickly inspecting the vehicle to make sure there was nothing wrong with the tires or alignment or anything else. This gave us peace of mind as we continued another thousand miles down to Miami! If I could give more than five stars I would!

The Team was absolutely amazing, courteous, and professional. I came in late and didn’t expect them to accept me for an oil change but they did. They even had to order my special diesel oil and had it there in 10-15 min. They kept me informed the entire time and were just completely pleasant to work with. Very reasonably priced and 15% military discount! I will be going to this particular Jiffy Lube from now on.

Jiffy Lube is a great place to change your oil, your in then your out. Don’t worry about the service cause they do a great job on Changing your oil. It’s so great I went through a snow storm and my car functioned like the best. THANKS JIFFY LUBE…..Lube it up!!!!

Marco was awesome he greeted us quick got me in quick and out quick… told me about my wetness on my car and showed me a lot that I didn’t know… highly recommend this jiffy lube and Marco as your technician
