Very good service. Fast ,curteous, and very resonably price.My go to for my 5000 mile check , Everytime!!

Stopped here on 10/22 at about 10 AM. The gentlemen working there were respectful, and got me in and out quickly. Price was very reasonable, highly recommend.

Big thanks to Jake for going above and beyond today and the last time I was there. My radiator connection was totally cracked and leaking. He figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. He also looked at some other damage caused by a tow; and let me know what they could do at Jiffy Lube and what I will have to seek outside help for. His coworker today also seemed friendly and helpful! Thank you!!!!

Awesome Staff. My rear brakes went out on the way to Charlottesville. They were able to fit me in and do my brakes. They made sure my brakes were good before we left.

They were great. Got us in, work done and out in reasonable time with reasonable price. Will use again. Have used again and again, not disappointed 10/10! Will use again.

My car had a flat as I was coming down the hill beside the jiffy lube I had to pull in there at 3:00 in the morning and parked the car I left a note on the car saying that my tire was flattened that I would call as soon as I got up that day my friend was able to get us a ride back to our apartment apartment complex and in the morning I called them and they went ahead and fixed the flat tire for me and then when I found a ride I was able to go and pay them which was inexpensive and drive my car away it was fast reliable and friendly service

I've always had a good experience at the Staunton location. Usually I just get the oil change and maybe some other basic stuff. One time, they worked on my car but weren't able to fix the issue, so I wasn't charged, which I appreciated. The waiting area is also nice -- computer, magazines, TV, coffee and water, A/C. I do wish employees didn't have to stand outside in all weather, but I guess it helps direct the line when they get busy.
