Jaylen and John gave me incredible customer service and helped me handle multiple components of my cars maintenance today. Both Jaylen and John were incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and engaging. You can really tell they love what they do and are passionate about helping customers! I would come back it’s again just to work with them. 10/10

Very good service, workers were very helpful.

Manager was amazing. Even I can tell they were about to leave and were closing and wasn’t collecting any more cash he still did a professional job and accepted my cash money to close the job. I offered him it wasn’t an issue to pay with card but nicely insisted there was no issue with it. Fast service and precise. Just what someone that cares about time needs.

Franky and John were very helpful and always make sure im taken care of. Very thankful for this Jiffy Lube!

This was my first time at this location. Everybody was super kind, honest and respectful. I got an oil change, cabin filter changes, and brake fluid flush. They were so awesome they gave me a discount.

Quick and easy oil change friendly staff

I needed a top off of oil for my car. The service tech was very kind and knowledgeable, informing me that I was only two days away from exceeding the the 90 day limit for top offs. They also topped off my windshield wiper fluid and added air to my tires, all complimentary. And the service was fast. I am very satisfied with the service.

He welcomed me with a great smile, was professional and respectful, and took the time to clearly explain my vehicle’s service routine and the maintenance that was recommended. What I appreciated most was that John explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured. He helped me understand what my vehicle needed now and what I should keep in mind for future maintenance. The entire experience was smooth, friendly, and professional. Great customer service makes a huge difference, and John definitely delivered. Unlike many other places I’ve been, they never pressured me or tried to upsell me. As a woman coming in alone, I really appreciated being treated with honesty and respect. They were efficient, fast, and made the whole experience easy. I’ll definitely be back!

I went to Jiffy Lube right before they were closing, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. It's not easy working outdoors in temperatures over 100 degrees, but they still provided excellent customer service without making me feel rushed. I really appreciate their professionalism and hard work.
