As soon as I pull up the staff walk up to me with super duper smile and greet me with my name and respectfully as me to please leave my keys inside my car and on top of all that stuff open the office door for me to have a seat and then told me my oil will change very soon. Great customer service

Fast service

I live about 40 minutes from here but honestly may consider driving here when I need services in the future. Every other place I have been has felt like a battle or a fight and lack luster performance. Today’s experience was opposite of that. It was fast, easy, and I feel confident that the work was done to standard, if not above standard. Thank you!

I rarely make posts. But after 3 consecutive visits at Potomac Run Plaza this Jiffy Lube is my only place for vehicle service and repair advice. The team is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced. Another fantastic job!

They listen well to instructions. Ask about things I didn't consider. At my request, the manager explained in detail the issues new vehicles have with oil pans, why they vacuum the oil instead of drain it. Why flushing the radiator makes sense when it's done at recommended intervals and why it may cause problems if it hasn't been done in a long time. They were professional, clean, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Jiffy Lube is one of my favorite places. Their attention to detail, honesty and precision has always been the reason i keep going back. I always go to my favorite location in Rockville on Nicholson Road but today i tried another location at Potomac Run Plaza because i visiting in Virginia and they're just as nice, professional and caring, i thought i was in Rockville. Thanks Jiffe Lube for always putting the best team together to represent your brand! Kudos to the team. Love it!
