The people were professional and very helpful. I had an oil change, wiper replacement, and air filter replacement. They did all this in a timely manner and I didn't have to wait long at all.

The assistant manager Kirk I believe, was very nice to me. I had to wait a little while before he could see me. He was tied up with another customer. He apologized for the delay and then gave me a discount on the work to thank me for my patience. I had an oil change and an air cleaner installed. Very nice fellow.

The guys were super helpful and very friendly. Especially given this was ours before a blizzard was supposed to happen.

Originally cane in for an oil change but i had a headlight that went out. I purchased the light already so i onky needed it installed. I have a lexus so the process took a while but Jeff the general manager stepped in and assisted me with no hesitation. This placed earned my business from here on out. What an amazing experience.

On New Year's Eve I dashed into this location (Jiffy Lube #2935) for an oil change. I'd never been here before and didn't know any of the staff or what to expect. I pulled up and Enoch met me with a bright smile and so accommodating. The rest of my encounter with the staff was the same. The courtesy, patience and professionalism of the entire staff, Devonte, Michael James and Enoch, was so absolutely stellar and beyond my expectations I would have had. Everything was explained to me and pending my approval before any service was done. I was offered water and a place to sit while I waited. And, the wait was short. I highly recommend this location. Quick service, very friendly and professional!

Definitely delighted with the service we got. We bought the parts (oil, oil filter, air filter) and the jiffy lube staff replaced them. No appointment needed. They did a great job.
