The last time I put a review in for this location, it was a 3 star review. I don't like putting any negative reviews, but I had been going to this location for so many years with all our vehicles that I could actually see the decline in the Customer Service & in the ability to complete the services I wanted in the time in efficiency that they were always promised. It takes a lot to trust people with our vehicles, especially when I bring my daughter's vehicle to get serviced I expect all the safety checks and I feel even those were not being checked at that time. So until I decided to come back to the Indian River location store number 311 I had no idea that it was once again under new management so I thought I would give them another try and I have to say you guys have a dream team now!!(TL) Xavier B., and (CSA)Jacques B., as well as cashier Noah C., took care of the second vehicle that I have brought in in the last couple of months and once again they tagged teamed it like the professionals we all expect, but I have to tell you I noticed a significant change. I noticed the team members calling out to each other whether one was under the car or one was above the car they always communicated with what each other was doing, and I know most of that was for safety, as well as making sure each item was checked and completed. I don't believe Noah was working on the vehicle but whomever was working I believe the TL and the CSA were the two that were tag teaming it with the oil change as well as tires, fluids, etc. A couple months ago when I brought my other vehicle in, I told them that I could not be more impressed with their communication with each other and how well they got along and it matters to be able to work well together with each other. When I left that three star review I was disappointed because it also seemed as if the employees did not want to even be there. There was no communication & I couldn't tell who was doing what so I just want to say please recognize these gentlemen for bringing another loyal customer back and I will stay as long as they are there. On top of the efficiency and the communication and how well they all worked as a team they were also very friendly and again I want to point out that these days it is very difficult to find employees doing a laborers job and caring about the customer and what they do. I find it very refreshing even in a mechanic shop to find such positive energy and thank you very much for that! No one likes to do car maintenance and definitely. No one likes to sit around and watch it getting done, but with the clean, waiting room, bathroom, free Wi-Fi, and free water in the mini fridge. I was quite comfortable and appreciate everything that they did to make that possible. So again recognize these gentlemen, the two(Xavier B. & Jacques B.that took care of the oil change. I would love for them to be recognized at that location as a Dream Team! They deserve to know how well they are doing, and I hope you will pass this along.

New GM Brick is the man. I called about 5 mins before closing for an oil change and he asked how far I was told him and said come on in we got you. Got my oil change in 15 mins. As long as he is there Ill be going there. Great Service! Better people.

02/02/26 I got a 15 dollar off coupon from the website and then got gift cards from Costco so it saved me some money. However I let them change my filters so that went out the window. Staff was nice, it took longer because they had to get to filters brought down from the Auto Zone. Still it was not bad. I did high milage oil change. Can't complain about anything.

The service was fast and I used a Groupon. I didn't like that I had to pay an additional fee.

Usually very fast. Always very professional. If you are tall they will move your seat but I don't mind (I totally understand). I usually find at least one grease spot on the hood or fender when they are done but I have a white truck and I'm very OCD.

I had my car service recently at the Jiffy Lube oil place in the experience was very good. The management was very good and the work was good and I thank you for having employees like that. Respectful and I feel trustworthy and professional thank you very much.
