New GM Brick is the man. I called about 5 mins before closing for an oil change and he asked how far I was told him and said come on in we got you. Got my oil change in 15 mins. As long as he is there Ill be going there. Great Service! Better people.

02/02/26 I got a 15 dollar off coupon from the website and then got gift cards from Costco so it saved me some money. However I let them change my filters so that went out the window. Staff was nice, it took longer because they had to get to filters brought down from the Auto Zone. Still it was not bad. I did high milage oil change. Can't complain about anything.

The service was fast and I used a Groupon. I didn't like that I had to pay an additional fee.

Usually very fast. Always very professional. If you are tall they will move your seat but I don't mind (I totally understand). I usually find at least one grease spot on the hood or fender when they are done but I have a white truck and I'm very OCD.

I had my car service recently at the Jiffy Lube oil place in the experience was very good. The management was very good and the work was good and I thank you for having employees like that. Respectful and I feel trustworthy and professional thank you very much.

Great customers service. Much better than Take 5. Jiffy Lube has earned my trust. I was a Take 5 customer for years but they lacked professionalism. From the time I drove up, Jiffy Lube staff on Indian River Road in Va Beach were complete champs.

Overpriced, as usual, but everything else was perfect. Just what you need when you don’t have time to do it yourself.
