Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1116 N. INDEPENDENCE BLVD, VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, 23455-5505

In and out quickly. So fast I hadn't finished the coffe I brought into the waiting area. But I did leave my cut there when I left. I called Chrisrine and she saved it for me until I could get back. Thanks Christine.

Service was fast and the tech was very polite.

Always good work and good people

??

Christina was awesome as always. She provided amazing customer service!

Jifylube did my oil change efficiently. Just make sure to check your invoice first before paying as the automatic default is apparently to charge for synthetic oil instead of natural oil, which is a 25% higher cost. I cannot tell whether it was a deliberate upsell attempt or inadvertent error, but some people will just pay their bill without checking their invoice closely. In all fairness, once I pointed out the error to the technician, she corrected the invoice downward.

Always above and beyond. See you on there next one!

Christina was outstanding!

Great and honest people delivering quickly

Oil change

Quick service. Recommend additional services (cabin air and wiper blades) were legitimate and not upcharges. Even added a coupon I didn’t know about. I have been going here for years and service has been excellent.

My car shown a “Service Soon” message, so hoping it was just an oil change, I stopped by, and explained what was shown. I don’t think I was there more than 30 minutes, oil change, filter check, air pressure filled. Very happy with the smiling service.

The staff and service were great at this particular jiffy lube on independence blvd. I will always come back to this one.

Incredibly professional and kind staff. Extremely quick service in and out. Top choice to go for an oil change every time

Very quick and friendly!

Very professional and great staff

Great customer service and solid recommendations for ongoing care and maintenance, with a master mechanic onsite. This is now our Va Beach automotive care company. Thank you for your great customer service experience!

Excellent and quick service

Excellent and very professional. Very good experience.

Incredibly experience, quick, easy, such kind, compassionate people she was incredible.

It was great and fast

Fast and kind!

Went in the morning, my oil change service was super quick!

I don’t know why this place has only 3.7 stars, their service is amazing! They are very friendly, helpful and best of all of quick, all the reviews about how bad it is must be from when it wasn’t that great, but wow it seems that has changed! Definitely always coming here for any future car problems, etc.
