I was rushing to the airport to drop off my cousin when suddenly the underbody panel of my car came loose and started dragging on the road. I panicked and searched for a car repair shop nearby, and Google led me to Jiffy Lube, which was the closest one. They took my car in right away and fixed the issue in just 8–10 minutes. When I asked how much I owed, they said it was a small fix. What felt small to them was a huge relief for me. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. This experience really meant a lot during a stressful moment. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and won’t hesitate to come back again. Highly appreciated!

The staff at the Jiffy Lube on Independence Boulevard in Virginia Beach were professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great experience at a very reasonable price.
