Genuinely the man who helped me today might’ve saved my life. I came in at 4:30(right before close!) and not only did they not mind that I did so, but also took the time to point out concerns with my tire(a massive gash in the side) and explain it to me. I feel horrible that I can’t remember his name but regardless thank you so much!

Fast friendly and thorough. Went in for an oil change they checked over my belts and other fluids ensured we knew what needed to be done and what didn’t actually engaged in conversation overall we left with new oil and smiles on our faces very pleasant experience

Shona and the rest of the staff were professional, informed and personable. The service was quick..they had my 2021 Tacoma done in a jiffy! (Seriously i would say no more than 30 minutes) a big thumbs up and 5 stars for sure.

Fantastic. Got me in during a snow storm. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The guy who helped me was fantastic and told me all the recommended services and explained why those services are helpful for my vehicle, but didnt push any extra stuff because he realized I needed to get going in the snow. I used my online coupon with no hassle. This place really has improved over the last year.

The gentleman, Kenny, and his fearless crew literally had me in and out in just enough time to enjoy a coffee and whoosh, done, in a jiffy. Fast, friendly, original service from Kenny and his comrades. Give this man a raise. Before someone else poaches him from you.

Staff was very courteous and willing to engage with information. They listened to my concerns and questions and made sure that they answered them. The only negative was that I forgot to show my coupon so the service was higher than I would like to pay .

A few days late reviewing, but I was there a few days ago to just get an oil change and didn’t want anything else because I was on my lunch break. I was worried about it taking too long but I was greeted almost immediately by the sweet girl who works there, I wanna say her name was Shawna or Shona, and she checked me in so fast and made sure I was comfortable in their lobby, she did come to me to sell brake fluid and I was going to turn it down but she was so helpful in explaining the necessity to have it done and even helped me with a discount! Her and the team were very kind and so fast! Their boss I believe, Steve, was also very helpful in giving me coupons for my future oil change! It didn’t feel like I was there even 10 minutes! It really felt like they truly cared about my time and my safety and would seriously recommend anyone to that shop, they definitely will continue to have my business.

My cousin brought my car for an oil change while I was on the job site. Shona talked him into rotating my tires and checking the filters. Glad ahe did, apparently they needed done.

Already knew what I needed when I walked in and was acknowledged by Shona Hegner with a smile and pleasantry! She assisted me quickly to obtain what I was seeking and even tried to sell me things I forgot I needed. Definitely made it so I didn’t have to stop working on my car to come back. Much appreciated! Will definitely be looking for her next time I need something! It’s like she read my mind!

A little late, but here's my review. I normally take my car to the dealer for an oil change, but decided to stop at Jiffy Lube and find out what I need to do it myself. Shona was very polite and looked up what I would need to do it like a pro. She recommended I check my filters to see if they needed replaced. Also asked when I had my tires rotated last. Honestly, I wasn't sure so I let them take a look. I would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube to my friends and family! The staff is so pleasant and knowledgeable! Thank you!

Im a Disabled Vet with some memory issues of late and i had to leave a review to say i was taken care of very well. The staff was very personable and kind.
