Fast, and prompt.

Donnell is good assistant manager, he knows what he's doing, always very respectful.when I call he was very respectful and you all have good staff working there and they was very respectful and hard working thank you donnell and the jiffy lube staff

I've taken my 2015 Ford vehicle here several times in the last 2 years for oil changes and air/cabin filter replacement. This last visit I also had them rotate my tires. I was not expecting to have to replace the lug nuts, but the original lugs (2 piece, different metals) were swollen beyond safe use (known issue with Ford). The staff explained the issue and kept me informed and involved through all steps. They called around for parts quotes, got them delivered and installed quickly and efficiently, and got me back on the road with a minimum of delay. Top notch & professional all the way around. 5?

I pulled up in dire need of an oil change, having been told by a local Jeep Dealership that I had sufficient oil to make my 2 hour round trip drive tomorrow. Ah, knowing now, what I recently learned from the Juffy Lube guys, would NOT have been a good thing! I was greeted by Anthony when I walked in, who immediately went into the garage to make sure that my vehicle could be taken right away. He was friendly, and professional, as everyone in the entire place was. Anthony told me witch way to go around the building, to pull into the first bay. I was then, walked back into the waiting area by Kaden (sp?) Not much time had passed, when I was told that Maverick would be in to go over the services rendered, what they'd found, and recommendations, if any. Maverick came in shortly after that, and explained that there was very little oil at all left in the reservoir. This really made me ANGRY!! NOT at these guys, NO! NOT AT ALL, but at the Dealership that I'd just been to...the one that id been going to!! Anyway, They topped off the rest of my fluids, and checked the air in my tires. They opened the doors for me, saying "The customer never has to touch the door handles while they're here." Great guys, great service, and they'll have my service from here forward.

I love this Jiffy Lube and travel a little further to come to this location. Heather is knowledgeable, friendly and gives great customer service! They are honest and don’t try to upsell you on anything. The waiting room and restroom are clean and neat. My car always runs great when I leave here and won’t take my cars anywhere else.

The dealership forgot to put my oil cap back on my car after my last oil change and Heather and the team took the time to help me and point me in the right direction to remedy that situation. They even cleaned my engine bay from all the sprayed oil from not having a cap in place and
