I’ve been coming to this place for 2–3 years now, and I keep coming back because of the great service. Even though there can be a little wait sometimes, it’s always worth it. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They work hard to get everything done quickly while making customers feel appreciated. I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! First, I was very impressed with the pricing. I overheard another customer mention that $120 seemed expensive, but honestly, every premium oil change I’ve had elsewhere has cost well over $200. I felt the price was very fair for the service. The pacing of the service was excellent. The team didn’t rush through anything, but they also kept things moving efficiently. It felt like the perfect balance—you know the job is being done correctly while still respecting everyone’s time. What really stood out to me was the honesty and helpfulness. During the inspection, they noticed a part missing from my engine air intake. It wasn’t something Jiffy Lube sells, but they took the time to explain what was missing and why it mattered. One of the technicians even showed me the exact part on Amazon, where it was only around $30. That was incredibly helpful, especially since I know a dealership would likely have charged much more. I feel bad that I don’t know any of the names of the employees who helped me, but they were working this morning around 10 AM. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service made a big impression on me. Thank you for the great service—I will definitely be back!

Had gotten my oil changed at another Jiffy Lube near end of February (great experience there as well). My oil light had been coming on (amber color), for the last week and some change, every time I sustained hitting 60mph+ after a good 5 mins. Once off the freeway, under 40mph, it would turn off after about 20mins-ish. Was checking the dipstick daily, still good/enough oil, so thought maybe something else. Called ahead of time to see if they could help and was warmly told to swing on by. Got there a bit after 5:30pm, on Tuesday, 6/2 and was kindly greeted by Derek and Chris. Those guys were on it!! They found that my oil cap under my car was a bit loose, got me all squared away with a new washer to make sure seal was good, and told me to come back in a week if problem persisted. Jiffy Lube, you’ve got some super great people, doing a fantastic job there!! Thank you Derek & Chris, I will be back the next time my car needs help!!
