Matt was good to me by calming me down about my car troubles and being friendly. Solid location for sure!

I was just here for a top-off, but Abdul was conscientious to notice I was low on coolant and one other fluid. All fluids were filled up with no charge(since I’m a customer here). And he checked my filter too. Less than 10mins my car was all ready to go! Great service, highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube with Abdul. I had to get air in my tires and they did it for me for free and everyone was very friendly.

Abdul and Kai as well as the rest of the team were all very helpful!

Abdul took his time to check the air filter and show it to me. I would’ve never knew to get a new one if it wasn’t for him. Nobody has ever checked the air filter while I got an oil change

It is very rare for me to leave a review, but my service today was outstanding. I have been going to this particular Jiffy Lube for probably just the last year. I've never had a poor experience there. But this time I was greeted by Matt and immediately felt like my car was in the good hands of a real mechanic. I was there for an oil change & filter and Matt went above and beyond. I had brought my own oil and filter to save cost. Unasked, Matt offered to check all my lights and blinkers, and performed 3 acid tests on my fluids; my car was performing well. That was such an unexpected experience that it made me feel like I was in a small town with the mechanic you've known for a long time, and you can trust that person. The service felt like what service used to be, and is supposed to be. I wished I could provide him a tip! No one at Jiffy Lube has previously offered, or done any of those things, and I still liked them enough to keep coming back. I wanted to leave this review because people and his employer should know how great Matt is. I hope Jiffy recognizes Matt's incredible attitude, service, and professionalism and compensates accordingly. Service like this inspires fierce loyalty. Keep going, Matt!

Best service ever!

Exceptional service! My check engine light was on, and they offered to run a diagnostic for free. It turned out the issue was simply related to my gas cap. They cleaned the rubber seal on the cap, flipped it around, and the engine light went right off! Best of all, they didn’t charge me anything. They potentially saved me hundreds of dollars and a lot of unnecessary worry over an engine issue. Really appreciate the honest, helpful, and friendly service. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube Factoria!

I was just few of miles out from getting my oil changed at a competitors location across the i90 bridge, when I got the dreaded dashboard light on the highway. Checked, and my dipstick was bone dry. These guys just happened to be the closest to me when I was in a panic. But it turned out to be the best place I could've gone. Tevin, Matt, and Jalen helped me out in a major way and we're so helpful in letting me know what had happened, quickly fixing the problem and giving me a comprehensive receipt/documentation so I could file a claim with the competitor location. Turns out the wrong size oil filter had been installed and it was a major mess on my undercarriage and I lost all but 2 quarts in just a few miles. But because of their help I avoided any damage to my vehicle and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes no problem. Super helpful. Kind. And I definitely will be back at this location specifically.

Haven't been to Jiffy Lube in a long time but stopped at the one in Factoria today for an oil change. The team was very professional, friendly and got their work fone quickly. They let me know about a potential leak in my power steering fluid ao I can keep an eye in that. Super happy with the service I received today and the team who took care of me. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend them!
