First time at jiffy lube. Great service.

Took a while to get it done but the crew is professional and courteous. While my filter was fighting to come off they rushed my air filter from Autozone and it got there in time so I didn't have to wait much longer.

Stopped in at jiffy lube because my usual place was busy. The employees were great. Respectful, thorough, informative and not pushy on up-selling. But, I felt the price was a little steep compared to other places I have used for a basic oil change.

Wilson the manager and the whole crew here at Joffy Lube by Walmart Bonney Lake very great guest service and changed my very dusty with bugs cabin air filter and the other filter and got me right in for my way overdue oil change and even drove my car into the bay since I was scared to drive over the drop in area

Courteous professional staff, and not pushy when trying to sell additional services. I own a small business and brought my work vehicle in for service. I ended up getting a transmission flush after the manager showed me how cloudy my fluid was, and it had not been done in just over 60k miles. Also got an oil change. The one thing that could be improved was the wait time- it took me over an hour from start to finish with only one car ahead of me… perhaps that standard. Overall good experience and I will certainly be back in the future.
