Best team of people I have ever had the pleasure of hiring for an oil change. They got it done extremely fast and were hyper professional.

One of the best experiences I’ve had so far—everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! I didn’t get a chance to catch their names, but the girl who took my key was very kind and polite. The front desk staff took the time to clearly explain the process and answered all of my questions. They even asked if I was military and honored a discount, which I really appreciated. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot. The technician working with the supplies was also very friendly and easy to talk to, and the person who explained my brake fluid service was approachable and informative. Overall, it was a great visit. I feel lucky to live in DuPont and have such an amazing team nearby. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had an oil change today at Jiffy Lube. I have always had a positive experience here but today was over the top. Devon greeted me with a huge smile on his face and got me in quickly. I also interacted with Laila who was a lovely young woman. Ya know, there are a lot of places to get your oil changed. But today at this Jiffy Lube, I got to meet two young people who smiled and chatted and made me feel like I mattered. This older woman who lives alone sincerely appreciates Devon and Laila and I thank them. This interaction made my whole day!

DuPont Jiffy Lube was awesome this morning! All my tires were really low on their PSI and I was headed out on a long drive. So I took a chance they could help me fill them, and they jumped right on it and said Have a Great Day. Thank you very much!!

I was driving a monstrosity of a van that had tire pressure requirements that the gas stations I tried couldn’t handle. On the suggestion of one attendant, I drove over to Jiffy Lube to see if they could help out. Once the gentleman learned what I needed, he made sure I knew it would be a few minutes, but sent me around back when I confirmed I was in no hurry. After a few minutes, the sweetest young lady (dead ringer for a young Emmy Rossum) came out and took care of my tires while I waited for the vehicle in front of me to finish. After that, both employees very pleasantly wished me safe travels and sent me on my way with no charge. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future needs.

I didn't go here for any maintenance I had a medical issue that I needed to use the bathroom and they let me use it and I appreciate that and they they're bathroom was clean nice guys again thank you for letting me use your restroom jiffy lube guys have a nice day
