Had the best experience ever with this team! Serpentine belt popped off close by their shop and I thought my car was done for, their mechanic Kenny did an amazing job got the parts got it replaced in record time. A1 service, definitely recommend!

They serviced me quickly. They answered all of my questions when I was checking my car. They provide a printed report (if you ask) on the car for the services you need to complete ASAP. Everyone was friendly. I have no complaints!

Very friendly staff, they let you know recommened repairs or upgrades but are not pushy whatsoever. Will definitely come back to this location, the team lead is awesome!

This was great job we went to the other store on 288 waited over an hour and only for them to say they didn't have the filter and told me to go to the other store in federal way went there and was greeted with excellent customer service they also didn't have the filter but ordered it and it was here within 5 minutes way to go great job.
