Fast and friendly!

I’m so grateful this location (30509 Federal Way) was still open because my mom’s car was in need of an oil change. I was greeted by Roberto, who was incredibly polite and provided top-notch customer service. Amos assisted Roberto from above and provided excellent service as well. Both Roberto and Amos communicated clearly, worked extremely well as a team, and were very professional throughout the entire experience. They gave me confidence that the job was being done properly and provided great reassurance along the way. I’ve been to many Jiffy Lube locations, and this one has by far been the best—and that’s thanks to these two outstanding employees. Roberto and Amos truly went above and beyond and deserve recognition for their hard work. They both deserve a raise! Thank you, Roberto and Amos, for making this such a great experience!

Met really a good men who amid almost crushing one of them while parking, they were so joyous and helpful. My first oil change and twas free!!! They have a new client henceforth!!

Friendly and informative But it was not "Jiffy" I waited 1/2 hour to drive in. But it was fast after the wait.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed here! They were professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. I really appreciated the quality of service and how straightforward they were throughout the process. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with your vehicle, but I definitely feel comfortable coming back here. My car is running great afterward and the time spent was hassle free. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a reliable oil change!

Always super friendly, quick and efficient at this location. I don’t go anywhere else for an oil change.

Good service. Friendly staff. Arrived early AM and there was no waiting to get service. The building and the customer waiting area are rundown and in need of remodeling so it looks like a dump. No coffee for customers. I remember when Jiffy Lube had nice waiting areas for the customers and served coffee. I guess those days are gone now.
