Friendly and helpful staff, they're very honest and my wife insists I go here for oil changes and any work they can do.

Devin and Jason provided me with excellent service for my 2014 CLS 550 this morning. They were very professional and got me back on the road in no time. Definitely returning to this location for my next oil and wiper change. Great job gentlemen ????

Went in on Saturday for oil change, was immediately helped by a young lady she checked me in said I would be helped next after the trailer, very sweet young lady. The workers there were so nice & helpful the young man that helped with my oil change was so sweet & professional I needed to use the bathroom so he waited for me show me to the bathroom, the older gentleman that was working there was very professional as well you hear him calling out " bay 1 clear"? Or something like that he was checking on the young kid that was working on my car " ok what you doing"? Supporting him talking him through whatever he was doing, as a customer that's a plus to see the leadership supporting other employees while at the same time working on another vehicle, from my first encounter to the end of services was very much pleasant, thank you Fife Jiffy Lube for the EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!! They even showed me how to set the oil change life to 100% yayyy I know how to do it now! Definitely recommend them for your oil change they were absolutely AMAZING!! Definitely be back!!

Jason, Seth, and Iuta did an excellent job with the oil change on my 2020 F-150. They ran into an unexpected issue when they didn’t have the specific oil plug/cap my truck required, but they were upfront and kept me informed every step of the way. They quickly resolved the problem by purchasing the correct part from another store and made sure everything was done right. They even gave me a discount for the extra wait, which really shows how much they care about their customers and the level of service they provide. Thanks, fellas—I’ll definitely be back!

Kirk and stover did an amazing job. The service was quick and easy didn’t wait long and the customer service was beyond amazing. Anyone looking for an oil change go see them!

The mechanics were incredibly friendly and helped explain the time in between all the services the car requires, showed me multiple prices for oil and the differences between them. Stover and Kirk were both polite and efficient with the service.
