I stopped in today planning to get a quick oil change and be on my way. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and this visit really stood out. Mr. Porter took the time to explain what my cabin air filter and engine air filter do, something I honestly didn’t know much about. He even showed me the filters, and they were really dirty! Mr. Porter and the entire team made me feel comfortable, informed, and never pressured. I ended up getting my oil change, a new cabin air filter, and a new engine air filter, and I’m glad I did. The level of customer service was outstanding. I’ve visited this location many times over the years, and I have to say the new management is doing an excellent job. It’s clear they care about their customers and take the time to make sure everything is explained properly. Highly recommend this location!

Quick and efficient oil change. And friendly staff!

Gratefully, Seth and Joel were able to service my vehicle after I noticed my oil life signal on during my commute home. What would have been a stressful situation to schedule an appointment at another shop after a long work week. At Jiffy Lube on Fife, I was able to be seen the same day and back on the road in minutes, just in time for dinner.

They were great! Got me in and out fast and were really friendly. Definitely will make my way back and recommend others to come see them. Thanks guys again!

Walked in during the last hour or two of the day. The team did a wonderful job getting my car in efficiently doing the service needed and requested. They were friendly and a great sense of humor.

Devin and Seth were super quick at their job clearly communicated what was needed and what wasn't. Reconnected my disconnected headlight and had me on my way in less then 15 minutes.

I came in for coolant flush. Jason and Joel Inform me that I didn't need one. All my levels were fine and they wouldn't even let me pay for the small amount of coolant that they used. They could have taken my money giving me the service but they didn't y'all should come and see these guys

Store / shift manager was super professional and didn’t try to force my stop to be longer than needed. Service was fast and price was reasonable.

My car had to much oil so they drained it to the right amount for free and it wasnt there fault it was overfilled in the first place. Super nice and friendly.

The team at this establishment are professional and good at their jobs. Incredibly friendly and they honestly created an environment that made the wait fun and engaging. Very helpful, answered any questions we had, and had us in an out in 10 minutes. Would come back to Washington to get this kinda service.

Got my battery replaced on my Lotus. Jason Potter was great and found me a specific battery from another place. He was great and welcoming to work with. The guys that installed were also great and did a nice and clean job. Overall a great friendly place

I had such a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Fife, WA, that I felt like I really needed to share it. I’ve always liked going to Jiffy Lube, but this visit honestly stood out. From the moment I pulled in, the entire team was friendly, patient, and extremely professional. What impressed me most was how well they communicated with each other—constantly calling things out and double-checking to make sure everything was done right. You can tell they take pride in their work. I have an older truck that definitely needed some love, and instead of just pushing services, they actually worked with me and my budget. They helped me come up with a realistic plan to get everything taken care of over time, which I really appreciated. It made the whole process feel manageable instead of overwhelming. They were also super efficient—quick but still very thorough. Raymond helped me during checkout, and he was especially kind and courteous. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about vehicles, that meant a lot. Honestly, the whole experience felt like I had a group of uncles or brothers looking out for me and making sure my truck was taken care of. And the best part? As soon as I drove off, my truck sounded and felt a million times better. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for honest, professional service with a team that truly cares.
