Got in immediately same day and had issues fully addressed and fixed very quickly. Detailed check of the car and additional problems were found but no up selling or pressure! Very fast service and back on the road with a safer car!

Kind, Attentive workers who greeted me with their genuine smile! The Waiting room is clean and warm??Had an oil & filter changed, brake fluid flush, radiator flush, fuel system cleaning , and cabin air filter changed for our 2018 Prius Prime! The manager, Shelby was professional, friendly, and the crew were efficient and timely! I highly recommend the Gig Harbor Jiffy Lube to be the shop for preventative maintenance! First time using the Gig Harbor location and had a great experience. The guys there were all so polite and very accommodating. They explained everything and were very detailed. The waiting area was very clean as well. I will definitely be going back next year.

Super nice not super expensive at a different location 20 or less miles away same service was quoted $240 this location did it for half. Also health care worker friendly!!!!!!! And fast. Checked wipers, battery, lights, and fluids. Had a bathroom too.

Clean, easy and effortless check in/out, and about the best run operation I’ve come across in a place like this - keep it up Katie, Matthew, Blaze, and Darin! The team works well together and I was in and out in minutes, includng topping off the air in my tires. Best spot in town for oil changes done right at a fair price.

Darin P was very kind during my oil change yesterday. Topped off my oil and assured me (since my car leaks oil) I could come back anytime for a top off. Lorenzo was very helpful and offered to put air in my tires (which it needed). Very helpful and kind people.

This is my second review for my oil change. It was all great! However, I was looking through my Uber Deliver website and it said I could get 20% off an oil change at Jiffy Lube! Guess what I just Paid over $120.00 for my oil change! My UBER sticker was clearly in my window. It would have been nice to get my discount! They were quick to add $6.00 for an oil pan plug! But didn’t mention I could get a discount! Just doing their job I guess.

The best Jiffy Lube in the area - efficient, friendly and fair

I went to this location this week and it was by far the best customer service I've ever recieved for my vehicle. Andrew the GM was phenomenal, and the entire staff was friendly, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was a long time valvoline customer, but after this experience I'll be taking my car to this location for maintenance, and everyone else should too! They're very reasonably priced, and don't try to upsell you for unnecessary services. This particular location is the 3rd highest rated in the nation! I personally think they should be number one. Thank you again to the staff for the amazing service, and I'll be coming back every time for my vehicle's maintenance.

The peeps at the Gig Harbor JL are always so nice! Went in for a coolant change this AM and Ozzy was super great. Got me in and out in 15 minutes and checked all my other levels while he was at it. Just awesome customer service! Great job team GH!
