Best experience ever at a Jiffy Lube. Blaze is the man. He helped locate a coolant leak in a line that was causing a burning smell, told me exactly what to do, and topped off my coolant for me. I was really anxious about it and he really helped a ton. Such a good dude. Thanks so much!

Happiest jiffy lube crew I have ever met! Stopped in for an oil change because the place I usually go was busy. I try to avoid jiffy lube because ive gotten some sketchy & angry technicians in the past (at other locations). Was pleasantly surprised how cherry everyone was! They were all working as a team & i think the manager was on the floor helping out. They were very kind & quick!

They do a great job here. Fast and friendly. Trustworthy! Everyone is upbeat and in such great moods. It's a wonderful environment!

Got in immediately same day and had issues fully addressed and fixed very quickly. Detailed check of the car and additional problems were found but no up selling or pressure! Very fast service and back on the road with a safer car!

Kind, Attentive workers who greeted me with their genuine smile! The Waiting room is clean and warm??Had an oil & filter changed, brake fluid flush, radiator flush, fuel system cleaning , and cabin air filter changed for our 2018 Prius Prime! The manager, Shelby was professional, friendly, and the crew were efficient and timely! I highly recommend the Gig Harbor Jiffy Lube to be the shop for preventative maintenance! First time using the Gig Harbor location and had a great experience. The guys there were all so polite and very accommodating. They explained everything and were very detailed. The waiting area was very clean as well. I will definitely be going back next year.

Super nice not super expensive at a different location 20 or less miles away same service was quoted $240 this location did it for half. Also health care worker friendly!!!!!!! And fast. Checked wipers, battery, lights, and fluids. Had a bathroom too.

Clean, easy and effortless check in/out, and about the best run operation I’ve come across in a place like this - keep it up Katie, Matthew, Blaze, and Darin! The team works well together and I was in and out in minutes, includng topping off the air in my tires. Best spot in town for oil changes done right at a fair price.

Darin P was very kind during my oil change yesterday. Topped off my oil and assured me (since my car leaks oil) I could come back anytime for a top off. Lorenzo was very helpful and offered to put air in my tires (which it needed). Very helpful and kind people.

This is my second review for my oil change. It was all great! However, I was looking through my Uber Deliver website and it said I could get 20% off an oil change at Jiffy Lube! Guess what I just Paid over $120.00 for my oil change! My UBER sticker was clearly in my window. It would have been nice to get my discount! They were quick to add $6.00 for an oil pan plug! But didn’t mention I could get a discount! Just doing their job I guess.
