Needed to get an oil change on my husband's car and the staff was very friendly and walked me through everything that they were doing to the car beforehand and you could hear them communicating so you knew when they were doing what to your car.

I stopped by today while coming home from a road trip. Just outside the Tri Cities my oil change notification popped up, despite not being due for one. On my way out of town my check engine light came on, we turned back around and went to the first place we thought that could help. The staff at this Jiffy Lube were absolutely incredible! They read the code for my check engine light and changed my oil. Multiple staff members helped me understand why my check engine light was on and what the code meant, and they reassured me multiple times that it was likely safe for me to finish my trip home (which it was after all!). The staff here helped ease my anxiety so much and they all had fantastic attitudes and senses of humor (even despite saying they were also having a staffing emergency that day!) I wish I got the names of the staff working today, every single one of them were amazing. I haven’t had great experiences at Jiffy Lube in the past so I have gone to other places to get my oil changed instead, but this interaction today made me rethink it all. If you live in Kennewick, you are lucky to have this Jiffy Lube staff near you!!

On our way to Spokane, the A C in our automobile began to falter. We pulled into Jiffy Lube explained what was going on, $150.00 ish and an hour later we were back on the road to Spokane. We enjoyed cold air for the rest of the trip, and the AC still works great.

Took a company truck in here on the 15th and Amanda and the rest of the staff did absolutely amazing very professional these watched them service 3 vehicles before mine theu were very busy but got it done in no time at all. Bless these guys strongly recomend

I pulled in today, not knowing why I couldn’t get a reading on my oil stick and Jeff gave me some knowledge that I’ll never forget when your dipstick does not reading. It means it’s about 2 quarts low so just keep an eye on it. Don’t want to go under that. They topped me off checked all my fluids checked all my tire pressures. Tony was amazing. These guys treated me like family everybody should come here thanks guys.
