Hey, Yall So I went for an oil change today at this location and they did an amazing job and I also had an issue with my tires and they balanced them out all 4 with no extra charge ! This is by far the best Crew ?? Thank you Giovanni as well for your honesty on my filters I only needed to change 1 out he didn't try to upsell me on the other filter which I liked honestly is number 1 for me ! Especially being a woman some people can take advantage but not at this JIFFY LUBE they are AMAZING I recommend this LOCATION ONLY . I will only be attending this morning crew i trust them with my car !!!

This morning at 8 a.m., I arrived to change my car’s oil, and it was not a simple visit, as they recommended a lot of great things that I didn’t even know about. They replaced the filter, both outside and inside, and it was really nice, as they took care of my well-being. And of course, I will recommend this place, and we ourselves have been coming here for many years, not just for the service, but for the best service in the city of Kent.

Great service. Answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. The guys were pleasant and helpful. I am in my 70's and my husband is in a home due to disabilities so I have to learn to take care of things he normally would have handled. They were very understanding.

Their explanations and instructions were very clear and straightforward. They did my oil change without harassing me to do additional services although they did ask about the other services. Everyone was polite and helpful, and I would definitely come back to this location.

Terrence, Chas and Kevin were really helpful with my oil change. Great service! Terrence did really well with explaining parts that were recommended to be changed. Light bulb replaced, and filters changed quickly and efficiently. Everything was done professionally and I’m very satisfied. Highly recommend.
