Spencer, Kavika, and Missy work extrodinarily hard and are very friendly. Itnis nice to see such hard workers trying their best to adhere to a standsrd of excellence as they have.

Did not have my oil filter, but ran to get the part while I waited. Added a few more minutes but I didn't really notice. Amazing service

I just moved closer to this location and I was looking for a spot to go for oil changes and maintenance. my first time here and immediately I notice great customer service with enthusiasm and honesty from kawika. super sweet guy. long story short, they won’t waste your time and will take their time to go over the details with you. highly recommend and will 100% be returning!

The service at this Kirkland/Totem-Lake location has always been great. However, Corey and Jake voluntarily went above and beyond the call of service to provide me my best experience at any location - I’ve been a customer since the 2000’s. Kudos Gents!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube on 124th St in Kirkland. I came in to change my car battery and was treated very well from start to finish. Charles was especially helpful—he was professional, patient, and always ready to assist with the situation. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and smooth experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The Jiffy Lube mechanics were infinitely helpful for me answering the questions I had in addition to my oil and filter change and basic fluids refill! They gave me information on when I would need my differential fluid changed, how my brake pads were doing, and when I should get those changed, how my tires were doing and when I should get those changed, offered to install my replacement headlight for free, and let me come back two days later to install rodent repellent devices for free that I didn’t know how or where to put them, which these mechanics had originally recommended to me and helped me choose on Amazon when they discovered rodent evidence in my engine. These folks are incredible professionals who are so helpful and informative and friendly, and very kind to me and my dog who I had in the car! I don’t plan to move from where I live anytime soon if ever, so I will definitely be coming to this Jiffy Lube for the next few decades!!! 100% recommend this shop!!

I’ve been going to this location for years and always receive quick, friendly, reliable service and advice that I can trust. I don’t know anything about cars so it’s important to me that when I need service of any kind I go someplace where I will be given honest recommendations and a fair price. That’s why I go here!

Had a tire leak and asked if they could plug it right when they opened at 7am today on Sat. They said they couldn’t help fix it but graciously added air to each tire so it was at the same pressure without charge. Then shared who I should go to, to get the tire fixed. Great customer service.

I was very well taken care of. the employee is a 1000. I will do the maintenance again while I am in the United States.
