I cannot say enough good things about Brian at Jiffy Lube. I came in for an oil change and discovered that I only had cash and no card to pay with. Brian kindly suggested that I go next door to Walgreens and purchase a gift card. Unfortunately, they didn’t carry Jiffy Lube gift cards, so I ended up buying a Visa Vanilla gift card instead. When I returned, we found out that the funds on the card wouldn’t be available for another 46 minutes. It was over 80 degrees outside, and I had my two small children with me. Rather than making us sit and wait in the heat, Brian went above and beyond in a way I never expected-he used his personal credit card to cover my oil change so that my kids and I could get home comfortably. In a world where customer service often feels rushed and impersonal, Brian demonstrated genuine kindness, compassion, and exceptional professionalism. He didn’t just solve a problem; he cared about the people standing in front of him. His quick thinking, efficiency, and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into an experience I will never forget. Jiffy Lube is fortunate to have an employee like Brian representing their company. Thank you, Brian, for going the extra mile and showing what true customer service looks like. You earned a customer for life.

Just left. Super experience. Friendly staff. I was in a long neglected car. It needed a lot. The up sell was totally value based, no pressure. When guy learned it was my wife’s car, he said tell her she can come in anytime for fluid top off, warning lights…. Redhead guy was my point of contact. Good dude.
