Came in for an oil change and got the princess treatment! Everyone was beyond professional and super friendly! Chatted easily with everyone like I’d been there a 100 times. They were thorough with their inspection and even came in to give me a visual of the fluids, letting me know that I was good to go on those still and that I did not need to replace anything today besides the oil, which made me feel good that they weren’t trying to take advantage of me like so many places do. Fresh coffee, clean bathroom and a warm place to sit and wait. The whole appointment took maybe 20-25 minutes from drop off to roll out. I hear this place is under new management.

Clean shop. Kind and considerate staff. Explained everything including the life left on my alternator. Not sure any one any where has ever told me that before. But good to know. Apparently just part of what they do along with life left on battery. Checked everything as expected and didn't try to up sale anything. Service itself was fast. Would definitely go there again.

Tayla was awesome! Having an older vehicle, she knew which oil to recommend for my oil change and explained why she was recommending it. I had a feeling that my engine may have had some extra gunk in it as its been an issue for me in the past. She identified that as well and provided some options with clear explanation as well as recommended an additional place where I could take my vehicle if it was too spendy here. I ended up having them do the engine flush as well as I was already on board with their transparency. It ended up being under $200 for both the flush and oil change and my Echo is running so much better now. I highly recommend this particular Jiffy Lube because of Tayla's transparency and great work ethic! An additional coworker of hers also double checked the price and saved me an additional $20 but I didn't catch his name. Props to both of them!

I learned today that Jiffy Lube offers a top off service, which has never been told to me before. I think that is amazing and something I will definitely be utilizing. Love the quick service every time I come to get my oil changed.

I just moved to Lacey and this is easily the best service I’ve had at a Jiffy. I frequently drive cross-country in a hybrid and had put off an oil change after my move. This location was somewhat busy when I drove up, but even while I waited, I noticed how efficient and communicative the team was. Everyone worked effortlessly together, were prompt and friendly with customers, and had me switch bays (where they don’t usually do oil changes) as soon as possible to get me in and out quick. They asked me a few questions and offered suggestions for service but were honest and upfront about pricing. I opted for a few things and they got to work immediately. I was continually impressed with how they worked together. There have been plenty of times where getting serviced felt like I was an inconvenience there, but this was not the case. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes and they even took the extra time to get my display fixed. Andrew, Conan, and Brianna were awesome and I really appreciate their help and great attitudes on a hot day as my first ever visit. Will definitely be back. Thanks!
