Not a bad experience

Hot day and even so Randel and Damien managed to help us get a quick and easy oil change. Randel even went out of his way to provide us with some cold water while we waited in the car. Thanks for the great service!

Randel, Damien, and Xandier were all absolutely phenomenal! A friend added oil into our car and overfilled the absolute hell out of it and these guys helped us out!! Even offered me some water as it was 90° and I am extremely pregnant. 10/10 for these guys!

Fast friendly and cares about your car

Angel is a life saver! My son was buying his first used car a couple of miles away from the Lakeshore Jiffy Lube. Turns out too much oil had been added to the car at the dealership. This wasn't enough of a reason to blow up the deal, but since we lived 30 miles away it may have been enough to blow up his new engine (not literally, but it wouldn't have been a good start.) Since it was 5:50 pm on a Saturday, the dealers' mechanics had gone home. I called a different oil service business who was very nice, but was not comfortable helping. So I hurried over to Jiffy Lube, which was next closest. I arrived there at 6 pm - closing time. But Angel came out to greet me - no 'we're closing' or 'we're closed.' When I explained the situation to her, she didn't 'hmm' and 'haaa' like the other place, but said 'sure, we can help' and waved me in. She checked my oil, used a pump to remove the excess, and less than 5 minutes later I was ready to go. I asked how much and she smiled and said not to worry about it and to have a great day. Thank you so much Angel!! This was a big day for my family and you were able to save it from being a stressful mess. I'm incredibly grateful to Angel and Jiffy Lube.
