30 minutes in-n-out (oil change)

I wish I had gotten the names of the excellent staff members who assisted me this past Saturday but I was in such distress at an unexpected car issue, I wasn't even speaking very coherently. I had just been turned away at a nearby auto shop for not having an appointment but they did recommend me to try Jiffy Lube close by. I had never before in my life been to a big chain automotive shop but my experience with this Jiffy Lube has had me doing a HUGE 180 on those beliefs. The staff were all friendly, efficient, to the point. I love that. They were incredibly knowledgeable, gave excellent advice, and did incredible work. I wish I had done a better job of expressing how grateful I am to the staff at this location because truly, if I was their boss, they'd all get a raise. Thank you Jiffy Lube, you saved my butt and I'll never forget the kindness your staff showed me this day.

Quick and friendly service!

Not pushy and Super fast service.

Brian was awesome, and clearly knows his job. It was like a NASCAR pit stop. I pulled in and the tech team swooped in . I was out I less than 15 minutes. I don't go to the one closest to me ( in a city that rhymes with suck a kilo) I go a few more miles away because the staff seems to care and not just add on other services. These guys deserve a raise

I pulled up 30 minutes before closing and Leif came right up to my car and warmly greeted me. They got me right in and Tanner got me taken care of. I did not tell them I was way past due for my oil change, but these professionals could tell. Tanner recommend an engine flush because the oil was so dirty and had some antifreeze in it. Overall it was a great experience.

Super quick! Got my oil changed and tires rotated in 20 minutes.

This is yet one of the most efficient location I’ve been to, no lines. I didn’t have to wait for a long time, I was greeted right there and then. I had Tanner who helped me! Long story short I had some issues and further inspection I needed more than an oil change so he threw a 15% discount for me! I’d come back to this location!

Whole team was super helpful, especially Tanner! He was able to explain everything clearly and made the process quick and easy.

I hadnt had my oil changed in a WHILE. I couldn't even remember whether I was supposed to stay in the car or not when they changed my oil ?? As soon as I pulled up, one of the guys came up with a smile and was super helpful. They even put some air in my tires because they noticed they were a little low. I happened to stop at this Jiffy Lube as I was out handling other errands. It isnt super close to where I live, but the next time I get my oil changed, Ill be coming back to this one. Just good vibes, overall. Better customer service than most places, these days!

Easy quick and communicative, a little expensive

I had my Jeep serviced in New Hampshire, drove to Seattle,WA. Recently I went to Jiffy lube here in Seattle. My name and service records were in their system from New Hampshire. They serviced my Jeep, new oil, checked everything. Good service always.
