Matt McKnight and Vaughn helped me today, and they were great. Totally took care of a complicated headlight that can only be replaced by going thru the wheel well or taking the wheel off. They threw in a complimentary break light they nioticed also needed replacing. Super efficient so I could get right back to work. I will be back for other services for sure!

The Manager MJ at this location truly went above and beyond. He listened, he cared and made sure when leaving we were happy and would want to return after a very shitty experience at the JL in Lake Stevens!!! MJ and his team, are amazing!! Highly recommend going to this JL location even if it’s a tad bit more of a drive, they will not let you leave feeling unhappy. :) MJ, thank you again for being so amazing and making us want to return!! You were great!

Came by today to get my oil changed. They were fast, professional, and kind. I mostly interacted with 2 guys, Matt and a guy with some neck tattoos (sorry, I didnt catch his name!). Both were super nice. I mostly talked to Matt, though, and he went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed.
