Jerry was very great with customer service. I saw a lot of teamwork throughout the men that worked with Jerry. They were very fast but detailed at the same time while working on my Acura and I appreciate how fast they were since I needed to get my boyfriend to work.

Shout out to these guys, Jerry and Gavin. This is the best place for an oil change break service . Friendly staff . You can go right across the street to a local tavern and have a drink while you’re waiting. So no waiting in Washington’s bipolar weather.

Marysville Jiffy Lube was awesome. the employees were more than helpful. I went into Lake Stevens Jiffy Lube to have an oil change and it didn't turn out so good. I had to go to Marysville and they fixed it, they were more than helpful, they took very good care of me and my car, they went above and beyond. I wish I would have went to Marysville in the first place.

Was offered a cold water after my oil was changed and it was quick and fast (in and out in less than 15 minutes).

My car’s headlights are notoriously hard to take out, they figured it out within 30 minutes. They worked quickly, were very helpful and were super nice despite it being tricky to figure out.

Sebastian was amazing. He offered my daughter and I water, while we waiting in our vehicle. He was so kind. The entire team was calm and friendly. The prices were a little steep. It's double the price of my regular location, but the service is excellent, so I guess you'll have to choose for yourself, which is most important. I typically pay $70.
